Ideally located in the town centre near the beach, this is a roomy, comfortable, detached house. A 190-sq.m fully refurbished property in the heart of town with ten rooms including six bedrooms of which three lead to an enclosed patio in bloom. It offers two living rooms, a dining room with tables for 12, a veranda with an extra dining area, and Wi-Fi.

The extensive 70.sq.m enclosed patio, which cannot be seen from the outside, is blooming, very quiet and bathed in sunlight throughout the day. It is perfect for dining and unwinding sheltered from the bustle of the city. It features a large table, a bar / grill, comfortable couches, sun loungers, and lights in the evenings. It is ideal for both the daytime and the long warm evenings.

You can find a bathroom, a two ample shower rooms, and three separate WCs.

From this city centre location, the train station is 50 m away, shops are 20 m away, the fishing harbour is 300 m away, and the lengthy beach is 400 m away.

The house is equipped for 6 to 15 people to have a comfortable say. There are not sofa beds or other unpleasant surprises.

This is a completely renovated house.

Heating is included for winter rentals.

Guests with cars can park free in the surrounding streets. There is also a large pay-to-park covered parking lot nearby.

You can arrive directly by train. We are three minutes away from the station. Bike and car rentals are in the immediate vicinity.

The comfortable house and the peaceful, blooming patio are quiet with no noise. There are 2 lounges, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate WCs, and a separate kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, as well as Wi-Fi Internet access, two televisions, two DVD players and a Hi-Fi stereo system The dining room table sits 12 and there is a 6-seat table on the veranda. The patio features garden furniture, sun loungers, a large outdoor wooden dining table, a barbecue, and outdoor lighting for evening meals. This tastefully renovated and equipped house is great for one or several families. Its city centre location means you won't need a car.

Superbe Grande Villa en plein centre ville

Superbe maison pour reunion familliale - pres de la gare, du centre ville, du port, de la mer... Pas besoin de transport prive!. Agreable maison qui accommode les tres grandes familles. Proprietaire charmant et tres accommodant. Nous reviendrons un jour Benigne!!!

Villa exceptionnelle en plein centre

La maison est très grande pour toute notre famille (9 personnes).

Il ne manquait rien, très proche du centre à pied et de la mer.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et sans vis à vis.

Le patio est très accueillant pour les repas, avec une plancha indispensable lorsque le soleil est au rendez-vous.

Une EXCELLENTE semaine aux sables d'olonne.

retrouvailles familiales de plusieurs generations avec 15 personnes a coucher et plus aux repas la maison est faite pour cela Rien ne manque Tout est pensé et reflechi pour que l on passe un excellent sejour sans stress sans etre les uns sur les autres sans se gener Dès l arrivée du proprietaire on comprend la grandeur de cette personne Merci Monsieur De Domecy Nous reviendrons de bon coeur

Maison très agréable tout proche du centre

Maison très agréable où chacun trouve sa place. Le patio est très agréable toujours ensoleillé et au calme, c'est un lieu central qui remplace largement un jardin. Maison très bien équipée, on trouve tout ce dont a besoin. La situation est très bien, proche des rues piétonnières et de la plage (en moins d'1/4 h à pied). Les propriétaires sont charmants et on se sent comme chez soi ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 8 enfants , tout le monde a apprécié le séjour dans cette maison. A noter que la gare Tgv toute proche est un vrai plus !

Très Bien

Maison conviviale et spacieuse qui a accueilli grands parents, parents et enfants (8 adultes, 6 enfants de 1 à 9 ans).

Chacun a trouvé sa place.

Comme chez soi.... Il ne manquait vraiment rien.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable.
