The chalet is located in a quiet and pleasant area, 400 m from the center of the village and the train station, 800 m from the cable car, very easy access whatever the weather (motorway, train station, bus stop nearby, free shuttle) and close to all amenities (large area to 400 m).

Large apartment of 170 m², with a large terrace (20 m²), a balcony and a garden, located in a recently renovated traditional farm. Space and volume.

It is a large living area with an imposing central fireplace, 2 lounges, one with a 12-seat corner sofa (117 cm LCD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, home theater, Wifi) (table 10-12 persons), separated by a bar with a very well equipped kitchen (plate 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, kitchen utensil, grill, kettle, to melted, coffee maker). 1 bathroom (big bathtub of 200, washbasin) and a room of water (shower, washbowl, TOILET), a separated TOILET, ski room, buanderie with lava linen and freezer, boiler room.

Upstairs there are sleeps: 4 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 bed umbrella. The 4 bedrooms are located close to the bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed of 200 by 140, a bedroom with a double bed of 200 by 140 in the mezzanine and 2 single beds of 190 by 90 in a room on the slope (ideal for children). The quality bedding dates from 2013.

The recent renovation, carried out by a company of the valley associates old wood, chablis, granite and coating with the trowel.

SKI: LES HOUCHES: The Les Houches ski area extends from 950 to 1900 m altitude. An exceptional panorama of 360 ° on the Mont Blanc massif is offered from its summit: 65 km of trails in the forest allow you to discover all the pleasures of skiing: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, surfing, telemark, freestyle, to the best skiers on the planet who come during the World Cup on the mythical Green Houches. 23 hectares are artificially snowed thanks to 127 snow canons spread over the area. La Verte des Houches is, along with the Oreiller-Killy trail in Val d'Isère, one of the two World Cup downhill slopes in France. It is considered by the best descenders as one of the most beautiful.

GOLF: Situated between the Mont Blanc massif and the Aiguilles Rouges, at the foot of the famous Drus, the Chamonix golf course bears the prestigious signature of Robert Trent Jones Senior. This is a Par 72, 6076m / 6644y. The driving range consists of 24 seats including 6 seats, a putting green and a pitching green.

Perfect Chalet next to Mont Blanc

This is a perfect chalet for enjoying the Mont Blanc/Chamonix region. Nicely decorated, it presents even nicer in person than in the pictures. It was very comfortable for 2 families, with 2 bathrooms, large dining table, and comfortable living room. Although we did not use it much, it has a wonderful balcony that looks up at Mont Blanc. The bus stops close by and shops and restaurants of Les Houches are walking distance. You simply can't go wrong with this chalet.

merveilleuses vacances au chalet Nan nande

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans ce chalet avec vue sur les montagnes de partout, même des chambres. Panorama inoubliable!!

nous étions 9 et jamais nous n'avons eu l'impression d'être "entassés". la pièce à vivre est très grande et confortable , la cheminée fonctionne bien, la cuisine bien équipée permet de préparer à la maison les spécialités locales incontournables telles que fondue et raclette (restaurants à proximité pour ceux qui préfèrent) les chambres sont agréables avec une bonne literie. la terrasse particulièrement enneigée lors de notre séjour a permis à ma petite fille de 3 ans de faire, en toute sécurité, tous les bonhommes de neige dont elle rêvait.

les navettes à disposition dans la ville permettent de se déplacer facilement, ravitaillement à pied sans problème dans les superettes du coin.

Bref, j'y retourne à la première occasion!

Très beau chalet !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est superbe avec une belle vue, il est bien décoré et très bien équipé. La pièce à vivre est très agréable de par sa grandeur et les coins salons qui permettent le calme à chacun.

La literie est très confortable.

Nous avons apprécié les flambées au cours de nos soirées. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et avons été très bien accueilli par le gardien.

Pas besoin de la voiture, une navette passe tout près du chalet.

très bonne adresse!

Calme, spacieux et très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur l'envers des aiguilles.

Le chalet est facile d'accès, et les téléphériques pour l'aiguille du midi et le brévent sont à moins de dix minutes.

Et pas besoin de la voiture pour faire les courses !
