In a quiet green residential area by the seaside, located only 30 minutes drive away from the Athens International Airport and 45 minutes away from the Acropolis and the center of Athens (bus service every 45 minutes) one furnished apartment is offered for rent. It is on the second floor of a 3-storey building and it is 38 square meters. It has a bedroom and a sitting room, both airconditioned, a small fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities, bathroom and balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and with an excellent seaview of the Euboic Golf.

Two different sandy beaches are within walking distance (Argyra Akti 430m & Kokkino Limanaki 400m).
