Both properties were originally bought for family use because of their great location relative to Bath City and access to local facilities. Now retained for holiday and personal use since 2013.

Lovely Location for Bath
We were a family of five staying at this lovely coach house. The beds were comfortable, we had a welcome of mixed fresh fruit, cookies, wine, milk and bread, which was a lovely surprise. Vito (the owner) couldn't do enough for us and was very helpful, a lovely man. I would highly recommend the Lambridge Coach House with its ease of access to Bath town centre and its sites. The courtyard garden was lovely in the recent hot weather as quite shaded. There is a local Co-op and McColls which is a two minute walk from the property. Recommend the Rose and Crown for brunch in Larkhall, and also a meal at Browns in town by the Abbey where we had a fantastic meal and also lunch at The Ivy!!

Lovely cottage in Bath
We spent a week at the lovely cottage. It was ideally situated with numerous buses into the centre yet easy access to go to places outside Bath. The cottage was extremely comfortable and the welcome gifts from Vito were lovely and thoughtful. Very peaceful and nice to have a small courtyard to sit outside. The car parking space is a bonus in Bath. We would recommend staying as it is perfect for a family to explore Bath.

We were a party of three enjoying a four night trip to Bath and the surrounding area for which The Coach House lived up to expectation and served our purposes very well. Set in quiet Lambridge Place yet within a 5 minute walk to a Coop store and the 6A and 7 bus service into Bath centre the accommodation was well appointed and ticked all the boxes for our trip. Vito, the owner, is personable and was concerned to ensure we enjoyed the stay. Having driven long distance to get to Bath the welcome pack of basic provisions, fruit and wine were a nice touch. We enjoyed staying there and will be pleased to stay there again for future trips.

A lovely property and a great welcome
Very comfortable and homely property, calm and close to Bath city centre, with a private parking space. Vito was also very helpful all throughout and we were welcomed with a lovely basket of fruit and treats!
I would definitely recommend and stay again next time I come back!
Spacious and comfortable cottage
Well presented and equipped property. It's well located for the town, easy to access the A4/M4 and off road parking is a real benefit. Vito's welcome pack really made the stay for us and the property is great value.

comfortable, cosy, everything that we needed
We were all very impressed with the cottage. Would definitely recommend staying here. Close to the local shops and pubs, but tucked away from any main roads making it a quiet haven. An interesting 20 minute walk into the city centre. Therefore no further need to use the car all week.

Additionally the property is well located for day trips to Bristol, Royal Tetbury, Picturesque Cotswolds Villages, Westonbirt Arboretum, Avebury , Stone Henge, Longleat Safari Park, Cheddar caves and many notable destinations associated with the UK west country.
