This apartment of 66 m2, very quiet, has been extensively renovated in 2011. Very comfortable it will seduce you with its quality of decoration, personal and warm.

Convenient location

Good location with sea views and only a few minutes walk from beaches and the centre of town. Town had many restaurants and bars as well as a number of places of interest such as Ville Clos. Comfortable, well equipped apartment . Owners welcoming and helpful.

J'ai rarement trouvé une location aussi bien entretenu et équipé.

Tout y est, on se croirait à la maison.

Les propriétaires sont au petit soin et rien ne manque.

Appartement très bien entretenu avec beau salon donnant sur la mer (à proximité), vaste et belle cuisine, belle salle de bain et grande chambre.

L'appartement est au rez de chaussée, très pratique et la résidence est très calme.

La ville est agréable notamment la ville close et la région est, à l'image de la Bretagne, magnifique.

Depuis le Bélon jusqu'à la pointe du raz en passant par les villes, églises, chapelle, sites historiques, port de pêche (Guilvinec à ne pas louper l'arrivée des chalutiers) vous passerez un séjour agréable.

je reviendrais les yeux fermés pour l'adresse et la région où il me reste encore beaucoup de choses à voir et revoir.
