Enjoy the unique location of this sunny apartment overlooking the marina of Port-Camargue, large terrace, heated swimming pool with children's pool and sea, ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Mediterranean. The apartment has one separate bedroom, they can accommodate 5 people, Apt. 87 or 6 people for t2 cabin apartment 8.

You will find all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay (home appliances, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker ...) and enjoy the solarium and the tennis court of the residence.

Frühstück mit Blick auf Yachthafen

Insgesamt eine zwar kleine, aber sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Zustand.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Zwischensaison für eine Woche in Port de Camargue, wo noch nicht sehr viel Betrieb in der Ferienanlage war.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Einfahrt des Yachthafens mit nur etwa 200 Metern bis zum Badestrand ist sehr schön. Da die Zufahrtstraße hier endet, gibt es auch keinerlei Verkehrslärm. Der Balkon, nur ca. 15 Meter von der Hafenmole entfernt, bietet mit seiner Ausrichtung zur Morgensonne einen tollen Frühstücksplatz, nachmittags ein schattiges und abends ein windstilles Plätzchen.

Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung sehr zweckmäßig. Der Koch-/Wohnbereich ist ausreichend bemessen, der Schlafraum hingegen (einziger Minuspunkt) mit seinem Doppel-/Etagenbett ist sehr beengt. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung hervorragend, sowohl was die elektrischen Geräte als auch die Haushaltswaren angeht.

An der Einfahrt zur Anlage gibt es kleinen Markt, der Lebensmittel u.a. anbietet, von der Wohnung in einer Minute erreichbar.

Ein attraktives Angebot an Restaurants/Lokalen gibt es sowohl in Grau du Roi wie auch in Aigues Mortes (traumhaft!).

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich, besonders hervorzuheben sind seine kurzen Reaktionszeiten auf emails.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et fonctionnel.

Belle vue sur le port, appartement très propre et bien équipé ; commerces et plage à proximité. Propriétaire très disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location car environnement très calme. Si l'occasion le permet, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons apprécié la visite des Salins et de la Bambouseraie.

Que des points positifs:

La vue sur l'entrée du port est très agréable.

Le calme très appréciable.

La plage juste à coté ou nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres.

La piscine surveillée.

La supérette à deux pas.

Port-Camargue is a short drive from the A9 motorway. Montpellier is located 30 kilometers (cinemas, festivals, museums ...). The beach is within 100 meters and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Graur-du-Roi and La Grande Motte are also easily accessible.
