About the property

Triplex apartment located 800 m from the sea ..

Warm triplex 60 m2 comprising ground floor: kitchen (+ TV) with access onto a covered terrace of 9 m2. A clearance (with wardrobe), a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge and a garden level room equipped with an electric bed 160 (2x80). On the first floor living room with lcd tv, dvd player, cd, wifi, as well as various games, books, dvd, etc ... Tourist documentation (information point) are provided. On this floor is also a bathroom with toilet. In this show we accede to a sleeping loft 140. We accept checks. From the apartment to the beach was a newly created greenway (path and cycle track) that also allows to go to the village of Ambon, in total safety. The price is for a rental of one week for 2 adults and 1 child under 12; Extra-person contact us for a quote. Supplement 20 € per week for heating, for the period from 15 October to 15 April.

Bedding 160 (electric bed) is of very good quality. 2 folding beds (80 x 190) are in the main bedroom. BZ 160 is located upstairs in the lounge. Mezzanine, bed of 140.

Notes:
5 bikes of all sizes are for our tenants. 2 terraces (one on the front of the apartment and a second rear) are fully equipped (garden furniture, 2 relax Lafuma. A small garden (lawn) adjacent to the rear terrace is also part of the property (fully fenced with a wooden fence). A barbecue is available. Washer and dryer are available to guests (not shares) The chéques holidays are accepted.

Pour de magnifiques vacances !!

Quinzaine formidable avec un soleil bien présent malgré 3 jours maussades. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Tout est fait d'ailleurs pour que ce soit le cas. Gîte remarquable avec une très belle déco et tout à se servir. Rien ne manque ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur extrême gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Tout était parfait. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions : bouquet de roses sur la table, cidre, gâteaux et le journal tous les matins. Très belle location, bien équipée avec une cuisine refaite à neuf. La situation de cette maisonnette permet de se rendre rapidement dans la presqu'île de Rhuys. La mise à disposition de vélos permet de profiter de la campagne environnante et des bords de mer. Nous y ferons notre troisième séjour en octobre prochain. Chantal (des Hauts de France).

Une location de bonne qualité, bien située et avec la possibilité de faire diverses activités. Les propriétaires sont de bon conseils pour visiter la région. Avec un accueil aussi chaleureux, on a qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner !

Triplex 60 m² located 800 m from the sea, quiet, easy to access thanks to the creation of a pedestrian and bicycle path, safely, to go to the apartment to the sea and the apartment town of Ambon. (Very handy when you have a young child (in stroller). We are 3 km from Damgan, small seaside town lined with sandy beaches. VALVES is 20 minutes and the Gulf of Morbihan (access to the islands: beautiful island in the sea, etc ...). Carnac and Quiberon are also quite close. Possibility of walks along the sea by many coastal paths.

A large shopping area is nearby. You'll enjoy the many shops therein.
