Located in the countryside 5 minutes from the beach Socoa and shops, this beautiful new bright and spacious house, classified 4 stars, is ideal for a family holiday. It offers all the comfort for 10 persons. Very good bedding.

The pool at the wooden salt is integrated into a beautiful enclosed garden of 2 500 m2.

Large fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, griddle, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, small household) very open to the garden.

Ground floor: large living room very bright with marine decoration and beautiful countryside views and sea.

1 bedroom with double bed in 160 with his bathroom, 1 separate toilet with washbasin.

Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed in 160, 1 room with bed 140 with its own bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 and cot, 1 large bathroom with double corner bath and double washbasin, 1 toilet.

Large covered terrace to the south with barbecue and plancha, solarium off the south-facing pool, several garden furniture, chairs, swings. parking for 3 cars and a long gravel driveway serving petanque. Preferably without animals.

Wi-fi and telephone. Hiring with the fortnight in August.

Notes:
To the south, near the new pool to salt, with alarm, is a wooden terrace with sunbeds. Another large covered terrace with seating in zellige and table for 10, near a barbecue and kitchen, is located in the southeast. In front of the kitchen, there is a terrace which is accessed by a large bay window and in front of the dining room, another large terrace in front of a picture window of 3 meters. A portico with swings is available for children. It is possible for the biggest play bocce on the driveway gravel between the parking lot and the house.

Great location

Up a small hill about 20 minutes walk from the beach in beautiful, quiet countryside. Well appointed house with everything needed for family holiday - pool, barbecue and comfortable bedrooms. Close to the market in St Jean de Luz for excellent fresh fish and vegetables. Close to Spain for a feast of tapas.

Lovely family house in beautiful setting

Just returned from a fabulous week in this lovely, comfortable house. We were a party of eight which the house accommodated perfectly. We particularly liked the outdoor space, with a terrific area for outside dining in the evening (or for avoiding the sun/heat during the day). The deck by the pool was also a glorious sun spot. The house is well equipped, with all the usual kit but also a Nespresso machine and an electric grill (plancha) that we used most days outside (instead of a barbecue). The location was great for us - a five minute car ride to town, or a ten minute walk to nearby Lidl for bread and milk in the morning. In fact, everywhere we wanted to go just seemed so close (San Sebastian, Hondarriba around 30 minutes away etc). The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view over the bay. The only downside is that one of the double rooms is quite small (on ground floor) and was quite warm during an exceptionally hot week, but it does have its own shower cubicle. The owner, Michelle and her husband, were so helpful and charming, and explained everything on arrival, and we felt that they have really tried to think about everything to ensure a good holiday for their visitors. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house in excellent location

This is a beautiful well maintained house set close to the Spanish border and perfect for visiting locations in both France and Spain. The house is well equipped with an excellent BBQ and outdoor eating area in addition to several sun terraces around the property. St Jean de Luz is a 10 min drive and it's possible to walk to the local shops. The house is set in an elevated position and is surrounded by a large mature garden. We would highly recommend the house and the location.

super vacances

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette villa où tout est fait pour se sentir bien: propre, claire, bien organisée, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Les enfants se sont régalé dans le jardin, et les grands aussi... Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et honnêtes... De plus, Urrugne est idéalement situé... définitivement une super adresse!

Le confort au grand air !

La maison est absolument conforme à sa description et les propriétaires ont fait le maximum pour la rendre agréable! Rien ne manque au décor : le jardin est très beau et la vue magnifique.

Tout est fabuleusement entretenu !

Certes la piscine n'est pas grande mais suffisante pour amuser les enfants et rafraîchir les adultes. Nous recommandons ce choix aux familles sans hésitations !! ( l'équipement pour bébé est très bien) Seul tout petit bémol : il manque des moustiquaires ( pas mal de mouches et quelques piqûres de moustiques lors de notre séjour). Mis à part cela , il ne manquait rien.

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur souci du bien-être des locataires.

Grande maison très agréable à vivre

Très bon accueil, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille.

La maison est claire, propre, bien équipée et le jardin a fait le bonheur des enfants.

Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour.
