Small garden (not accessible). Ideal for a family of 6 .Orientation southeast. Very well protected from the wind. Not overlooked . Direct access by car to load and unload. Parking 100M. Sea view breathtaking. exceptional silence. In short, a little corner of paradise ...

The house has just been refurbished.

House belonging to the town of Forks in the secure and guarded with access control via a card or code. The private domain of Gaou Benat is located in the town of Bormes-les-Mimosas.

Its location is ideal for family holidays in the same calm in high season .Its location gives it a sea view as if you were on the top deck of a boat. The house is divided on two floors connected by an external staircase.

The upper floor overlooking the area with outstanding views. The access is through this floor.

The house has 4 rooms spread over 2 floors - the upper floor are the linving / dining room, a small functional kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The large bay window of the living room / dining room overlooking a terrace of 40M2 local stone with stunning sea view. with southeast exposure the house has a beautiful sunshine while being extremely well protected from the mistral. From the upper terrace by an outside staircase that connects the lower floor. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The two front rooms have a sea view, one with direct access to the lower terrace and pool.

The 3rd bedroom has 4 bunk beds.

On this level we have arranged a 2nd wooden terrace with plunge pool, sunbathing area and sea view.

Below the lower terrace there is a small garden.

The house is 90 square meters (80 million square terrace)

The capacity: ideal for a family of 6

The house is part of the town of Forks, ranked concept whose house are perfectly integrated into the landscape thanks to strict architectural rules to follow. The house is located in a private site, classified and guarded .The words for this site and the location of this house are: calm, serenity and renewal.

Orientation gives it a sunshine all day and location has the great advantage of being protected from the mistral. The house is located in the upper area which gives a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of gold .The car can access for loading and unloading luggage. THERE was a parking lot 100 meters .The house is small, simple and functional .We just the completely refurnish.

The house is built on two levels connected by an outside staircase.

It is protected by walls of neighboring and adjoining vegetation and there are not overlooked.

The entrance is through the terrace which gives access to the next level through a door window. The view from the terrace is great and will be appreciated by lovers of beautiful views sea. It's like being on the top deck of a boat with changing skies with beautiful colors in the morning and evening, blue palettes which change with the seasons and the day with extraordinary lights, sunrises and sunsets to beautiful tones. At the top level are the living / dining room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living room overlooks the large terrace (40m2) equipped with an outdoor table and a plancha gas .L'on joined the lower level by stairs. On the lower level you will find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a covered terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. This room has direct access to the terrace and the pool through a gate -fenêtre The covered terrace overlooks an outdoor terrace equipped with a wooden pool (secured by an alarm) and a sunbathing beach with deckchairs. The view is also wonderful.

The lower terrace overlooks a small garden. The garden is not meant to be accessible, but is here for your viewing pleasure.

The area is completely private and secure. Access is via a guard with a badge or code. The estate is equipped with 8 tennis courts and two private beaches reserved for the domain occupied housing.

Ie in high season. from 1 July to 15 September there is a small supermarket and a pizzeria in the area. There is also a beach restaurant and a nautical club .At the beginning of the house there are wonderful walks joining Fort Brégançon the coastal path, private beaches in the area, beaches and Cabasson 'Estagnol ....

Private beaches area are 20 minutes away on foot.

The charming village of Bormes-les-Mimosas which is among the most beautiful floral villages in France with these charming little alleys is a 20-minute drive away, as the port of Bormes or port of Le Lavandou.

From Lavandou you can take the shuttle to visit the islands and Port-Cros and Porquerolles.

The house is an ideal base if you want to explore the area and make beautiful walks along the coast.

This is also an ideal place for a quiet holiday even in high season.

We put all our heart to improve from year to year and home, and make it as pleasant as possible to allow you to spend a stay in both comfort and calm.

Vous n'aurez qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner !

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette villa atypique propice au dépaysement. Située sur 2 niveaux, les espaces de vie se prolongent par 2 terrasses, qui se prolongent elles-mêmes par cette vue inlassable sur l'océan, et la verdure du domaine.

Nous avons tous trouvé notre espace, et avons apprécié grandement pouvoir profiter d'un petit bain au réveil face à l'océan ou en rentrant de nos nombreuses balades...

Nous avons adoré et la villa et la région.

Nous n'allons jamais au même endroit 2 fois, mais là, c'est une certitude, nous y retournerons.

Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et agréables.

Nous préférions garder ce petit coin de paradis pour nous, mais autant que vous en profitiez également ;)

Confort, tranquilité et vue imprenable

Super schön!

Ein super schönes Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat eine große Terrasse, von wo man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht hat. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage war im August sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt in einer großen überwachten Anlage. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt für frisches Baguette und Croissants, es gibt einen Strand mit Bootsverleih, Dusche und Toilette und einer tollen Strandbar. Dort kann man auch gut essen mit Blick auf das Meer. Am Strand gibt es immer Parkplätze und man kann die überfüllten Strände der Cote d'Azur gut meiden. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Charmante maison, vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette charmante petite maison à la vue imprenable dans un magnifique domaine privé. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût tout en offrant tout le comfort requis. Dés la réservation, le contact avec les propriétaires fut excellent. Les informations étaient toujours très claires et pratiques. La région regorge de criques, îles et plages préservées, de jolis villages et bons restaurants. Nous y retournerons sûrement! Nous garderions bien ce genre d'adresse rien que pour nous mais si vous êtes arrivés sur cette page nous vous la recommandons vivement... :)

Une semaine idyllique dans un endroit magique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un endroit merveilleux.

La maison est petite mais confortable, meublée avec goût, très bien entretenue et la literie est de qualité. Nous avions choisi l'option " linge de maison inclus ", nous avons donc trouvé les lits faits à notre arrivée, ce qui n'est pas négligeable après une longue route.

Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout, rien ne manquait. Ils nous avaient même mis une bouteille de rosé au frais !

Les grandes terrasses avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les îles du Levant, nous ont permis de profiter du soleil, de la vue et du calme.

Bref une semaine formidable !
