Beautiful 70m2 apartment with large terrace and superb sea-view from all rooms.

Beautiful renovated design holiday apartment with sea-view living room giving direct access onto a large sun terrace. Sublime 180° south facing panoramic view from all areas of the apartment of the Bay of Bandol and the mediterranean.

Sea-view pool on the lowest level of the residence, open from May to September, with supervision July and August.

All taxes, bed linen, bathroom towels, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, air-conditioning and a weekly 3h cleaning service are included in the rental price.

This is a 'No Smoking' rental which is not suitable for very young children.

Animals are also not permitted.

The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2011 with upmarket fixtures and fittings and alarm system, is located at the highest level of a hill-side quality complex, within 2 hectares of landscaped grounds. Parking is available just behind the apartment which has it's own private entrance.

The residence is equipped with video surveillance, has a warden, and is 10 minutes drive from the centre, the beaches and the many sea and land activities proposed by Bandol and this beautiful region.

The inside dining area is composed of a white glass table with 6 chairs and a flat screen TV proposing local channels. The sitting room is equipped with two settees and a second flat screen TV with satellite channels. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the apartment. The sliding bay windows can be opened up 2/3rds of the length of the balcony for direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 loungers and a white glass table with 6 chairs on the terrace, which can be sheltered from the sun by a 3.50m deep electric sun awning. The outdoor planters are illuminated by ambiance spot lights. All windows are equipped with electric shutters (except the dining area which has a manual shutter incorporated into the wall). The apartment has an alarm system.

Wonderful views and a super-modern apartment

We recently enjoyed relaxing family week at this apartment . The views are just wonderful from the terrace where we spent many hours soaking up the sun, drinking the local wine and generally watching the world go by. The apartment itself has many modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher, a walk in drench shower, air-con and electric blinds. The smart, clean and cool décor was beautiful and the level of cleanliness was really high. The owner was very helpful and friendly and even arranged a taxi for us to Bandol Station on our last day - which was really kind of her.

We found the rest of the residence to be well maintained which attractive planting and garden areas, the pool was fairly quiet when we used it (late mornings). It was a 20-30 min walk into Bandol, which we did most evenings to enjoy the street entertainment, shops, spotting the super yachts at the port, the market and the wealth of restaurants we found along the back streets. The Casino supermarket was a 15 min walk away from the residence and had a good range of products.

I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone intending to holiday in this area.

Fantastic Apartment!

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at this apartment. Beautiful designer apartment with high end finish far superior to any previous holiday lets we have stayed in. View from all rooms and balcony is stunning. Bandol is a lovely town and provides easy access to other towns along the coast. Mercedes the owner was lovely and very accomodating to all of our needs. I can not recommend this apartment highly enough and we will be returning soon.

Superbe appartement !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Bandol. L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description et contient tout ce qui est nécessaire voire plus... Très lumineux, très propre… La vue à 180° sur la baie de Bandol est superbe. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité :-)

Vue mer apaisante et unique sur 180°

Nous venons de passer 10 jours très sympa dans cette appart superbe avec 180° de vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de BANDOL. Déco, emplacement et propreté unique.
