Conveniently located only 10 minutes from Brookville State Park and 5 minutes from the quaint historical town of Metamora, this secluded getaway welcomes you and your guests. Some of our recent visitors tell us that that the Grand Arbor feels like mountain chalet due to it’s spacious interior.

Due to its picturesque and convenient location, the Grand Arbor truly is an ideal place for weekend getaways, vacations, family reunions, wedding receptions, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, fishing trips, golf trips and even corporate retreats. There is a game room in the rec room at the ground level which now features a full size regulation pool table. This is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

The outdoor Caldera jacuzzi is popular with guests. This is a great way to relax in the warmth of soothing waters outside and enjoy the natural scenery that surrounds the home.

About Brookville Cabin Rentals

I enjoy hiking and the outdoors. Prior to owning a log cabin home, I always enjoyed renting log cabins myself. It's a great way to escape the day to day routine of the city/suburban life.

Brookville Cabin Rentals purchased this cabin in 2004

Relaxing

We stayed at the cabin for our annual family vacation. It was a great time! Very spacious, clean and had lots of things for all to do. We plan on going back next year!

Company retreat

  • 5 of 5

This place was perfect for our office retreat. It slept all of us perfectly and the recreational games were an added bonus for our group. There was a lot of space on the property to play volleyball (which they have a net for!) and baseball. The only thing we noticed was with the wi-fi it would go in and out a bit if we were all trying to get on it at the same time, I would suggest using a personal hot spot if you do plan on using the internet, which we had to on Monday morning for clients. But, we got through it and had such a great time team building and celebrating! We will definitely be back next year.

This cabin was everything we could of asked for and more

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was very secluded and had everything you could ask for. Very peaceful and sets up well for any activities you want to enjoy. We visited the local towns and played two golf courses. Awesome place and I highly recommend it.

Comfortable, spacious, serene, fully loaded with amenities!

  • 5 of 5

This was our third year in a row staying at the Grand Arbor. We love the new bathroom on the first floor and all the upgrades they have made over the years. The location couldn't be more beautiful and the cabin is well maintained! Can't wait to come back next year!

Very nice home. Great game room. Beautiful property

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a great time . There was lots of room for 9 adults and 6 children. We appreciate that the water supply was checked on regularly. There were plenty of bath towels for the entire week Our only suggestion would be that a laundry room with washer and dryer be added.

Great family birthday gathering place

  • 5 of 5

Our extended family gathered at The Grand Arbor for a Grandpa's 90th birthday celebration. The sun didn't shine, so we couldn't enjoy outside spaces that looked inviting (fire pit, volleyball court, wrap-around deck), but the 13 of us had a splendid time. The cabin's inviting interior spaces accommodated puzzle-piecing, plentiful conversation, NCAA tournament-watching, cooking, birthday-partying, hot-tubing, and young adult activities in the game room. The cabin is supplied well in the kitchen and there were plenty of bathroom linens. The local housekeeping contact person was extremely responsive to questions throughout the weekend. A shower leak upstairs generated the offer for a handyman's visit, although we declined since a well-positioned pitcher below handled the leak. An additional 6-person table in the Great Room area would be a useful addition since the dining table accommodates only 10 at meals. Also, please note a discrepancy between the website description of Bedroom 4: Website says it has 2 queens and 2 singles. We only found there to be 1 queen bed in Bedroom 4 and the 2 singles. We did fine, but would have used the 2 queens if they had both been there. Access to a few extra lightbulbs would have come in handy since a couple of lamps needed replacements. All things considered, we were very pleased with this experience and have begun a conversation about returning. It worked so well for our 3 generations gathering from Ohio and Illinois. Thanks for some great hospitality!!
