About Owen and Wendy Crinnigan
We hope you enjoy staying in our lovely old house, as much as we have enjoyed the refurb! :( It truly is in a superb location. We fell in love with Soller and the surrounding area a few years ago and can't quite believe our dream has come true! We have spent the last 15 months between London and Soller, renovating, and can't wait to spend more time here. Having spent our professional lives in the hospitality industry we are delighted to share it with you.
Owen and Wendy Crinnigan purchased this Farmhouse in 2015
Why Owen and Wendy Crinnigan chose Sóller
If you appreciate architecture and history this finca will delight you. It's location is unique and everything is so very accessible, even without a car...the old town square is a 6 minute walk away where you can immerse yourselves in the local culture. Lots of fiestas, in true Spanish style! We hope you will love the standard of everything we have provided, from the bed linen to the saucepans!

Lovely, house, excellent location. Very good pool. Really enjoyed our stay hosts are very welcoming.
Our family of 8 adults and 2 babies have just returned from the most wonderful week in this beautiful finca. Believe me, if yuh choose Finca C’an Vidorra for your holiday you will not be disappointed. We were warmly welcomed by Adriana who was so helpful explaining how everything worked and spent time showing us all the rooms. The finca is so spacious and in such a beautiful setting with the mountains behind and the huge garden is extremely pretty and well stocked with gorgeous plants and flowers. We loved sitting on the patio at the top of the garden under the big umbrella and eating our evening meals outside on the terrace. The bedrooms worked out very well for all ages(!) and we loved the bedlinens, towels, tablecloths etc such pretty colours. We had endless fun in and around the pool and loved seeing all the photos of how you renovated the finca and built the pool etc.
We will keep the image of the view from the master bedroom in our minds for a very long time & can see why the owners love it all so much.
5 Star property and owners:-)
It was our second visit and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Property and location is absolutely perfect. The owners do such a great job maintaining the property, both the decor and the garden is pure joy. Pool just fantastic. We love everything there and we hope very much to return. Owners very kind and sweet. Property manager on site does a great job. Spotless and cozy upon arrival with some little things in the fridge just to get you started.
What an amazing week we spent in this lovingly restored, beautifully furnished finca set in the most perfect gardens with mountains as it’s back drop. We never tired of that view whilst lounging around the pool or eating alfresco. It is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the charming old town of Sóller with its narrow streets and quaint shops from which we purchased fresh produce every day and in particular, meat for the bbq. We ate at some superb restaurants in the town and at Port de Sóller easily reached by the old tram. We were sorry to leave but will return again. Thank you Wendy and Owen.
The property is simply a wonderful home from home. The pictures do not do it justice, it is better!
This is a return visit which didn’t disappoint.
The house gardens and pool are wonderful.
It is a short walk into town where there are an abundance of shops bars and restaurants.
We love it and hope very much to return soon
Spent a fabulous and memorable week in this charming home. Enjoyed many hours poolside in the private and exceptional garden, minutes from all that Sóller has to offer. What an introduction to Mallorca!
We are in an amazing location, 8 minutes walk from the town square with its beautiful Church of Saint Bartholomew, surrounded by plane trees, quite full of action, restaurants, cafes.... Once back at the finca you are in an oasis of calm, set in a sweet smelling orchard of citrus trees.
The quaint and quirky tram from the town square (every few minutes in high season) takes you the 20 minutes (3 kilometres) journey to the port and beach. Lovely horse shoe shaped bay and a multitude of restaurants and cafes, very safe and shallow swimming...and the beach is sandy!
A must do trip is the magical mountain journey from Soller to the centre of Palma, on the 1912 wood-panelled train, where everyone (even you) reverts to a child, waving at any passers by!
The award-winning 'Prettiest Village in Mallorca', Fornalutx, is a five minute drive away, into the mountains with wonderful views, bars and restaurants.
Deia and Valldemossa are near by and certainly worth exploring. Likewise a small motor boat can be hired from the Port for around 180€ per day (no experience as a skipper necessary!), fabulous for exploring the small coves and inlets nearby.
