Pretty terraced house in a Provencal village

Beautiful terraced house situated in a restored Provencal hamlet, with communal pool in the center of the residence, located 5 km from Eygalières, 12 km from St Rémy de Provence, 17 km from Gordes Lubearon between Alpilles and in the heart of Provence.

Refreshments available on site, to ride horses and play polo.

This place is a haven of peace in the heart of a 30 ha park in the countryside. You can make beautiful long walks in the countryside. The field is located near the most beautiful places of interest of Provence region with its historic sites and attractions.

AVIS MITIGE

  • 2 of 5

En premier lieu certains points de l'annonce mériteraient d'être rectifiés :

- il n'y a pas 3 chambres mais 2. La maison comprend bien 6 couchages mais 2 sont dans le salon au rdc (avec les mouches),

- en second lieu la salle commune et billard est en réalité le domaine du propriétaire,

- enfin "enfants bienvenus" ne me paraît pas parfaitement honnête (sauf si vos enfants sont tels qu'on peut les rêver...)

Les plus de la résidence :

- la situation par rapport aux lieux touristiques,

- le charme de la résidence,

- la souplesse quant aux heures de départ et d'arrivée,

Les moins :

- la propreté de la maison et de la vaisselle qui laissait à désirer à notre arrivée,

- les remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bains,

- l'accueil variable selon les locataires,

- la proximité avec les chevaux qui n'est pas vraiment mise en avant,

- l'absence de pédiluve et de douche à la piscine qui n'aide pas à conserver une eau propre (+ des dalles cassées qui peuvent présenter un danger pour les enfants).
