Very nice Property

Four of us stayed in the apartment very comfortably. All amenities and items in the apartment are very good if you want to eat in. Location was perfect to see the many sights of Lyon during the day or at night. Secure building and we felt very safe. You can walk or take the tram very easily. Property was clean and well looked after (note: hot water tank can smell if all the windows and doors are closed. Open them up and smell goes away). Outdoor patio is great. You can enjoy days, nights, food etc. outside, very private. Owner speaks mainly French and is very kind. Indoor parking spot is highly recommended. Would return in a heartbeat no problem.

Pefect Place to Stay in Lyon

Three if us stayed in this wonderful, light-filled apartment near Old Town in Lyon for a week in April, 2013. It was our perfect home in Lyon--the apartment and kitchen was very well-equipped which made it easy for us to unpack and settle in before we set out to explore Lyon and the surrounding area. Corinne, our hostess, was wonderful! Although we didn't share a language, we managed to communicate very well by gesture, notes, and Google-translate! She was very helpful in getting local taxis for us and gave us good suggestions for grocery shopping and other necessities. It was especially good to have underground parking in the same very secure building. WHEN we return to Lyon, we want to stay here again! Thanks, Corinne, Merci!

Great location and great apartment

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and have only good things to say about it. The location is excellent. Close to the major metro line, a bus stop, and the river. It is only a ten minute walk to the main section of Vieux Lyon and fifteen minutes to walk to the main shopping district. The apartment is clean, very well equipped, secure, and quiet. The patio is a very nice feature. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Lyon.

Bel appartement, bien entretenu, très propre. La description de l'appartement est fidèle à la réalité. Très lumineux, au calme car en retrait de la rue, à 10mn à pied du métro,, à 10mn en voiture de grande surface pour faire ses courses de début de sejour, sinon tout est faisable à pied (boulangerie, resto, metro, café...)

Concernant le parking, quelques manœuvres sont nécessaires pour sortir, mais la possibilité de se garer à l'intérieur est très appréciable, les places à l'extérieur se faisant rares et payantes.

La propriétaire est ponctuelle, très accueillante, disponible par téléphone, donne de bons conseils. Tout le linge de maison est à disposition (draps, couettes, serviettes de toilette en quantité suffisante, torchons), la cuisine est bien équipée, tout est impeccable, très propre.

Ayant passé une semaine en famille avec 2 ados, je recommande cette location, l'appartement est suffisamment grand.

Beau séjour !

Très bel appartement, exactement comme sur les photos, très bien situé à 10 mn à pieds du quartier Saint-Jean et du métro, le jardin est un plus très appréciable, ainsi que le parking sécurisé, très calme également car l'immeuble est en retrait de la route. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Lyon que nous avons adoré !

Je recommande complètement cette location.

Parfait !

Appartement tel que sur les photos, très agréable, idéalement situé à 10 mn à pieds du quartier Saint Jean et du métro. Le jardin est un plus très agréable, immeuble très calme, pas de bruit de circulation car l'immeuble est en retrait de la route.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine !
