About the property

Very bright and spacious apartment, large terrace overlooking pool and garden.

Located in the heart of Playa de Gandia, in a good area and very close to the beach 150 meters. Near supermarkets and restaurants.

With a length of over 700 meters of fine golden sand, making it the best beach on the coast due to its characteristics.

Gandia beach has Blue Flag thanks to the quality of water and hygiene is maintained daily on it. Gandia is thus considered the most privileged area of ​​Valencia, because it has a mountainous and maritime environment also, with the Mediterranean Sea.

Genial la terraza.
