Beautiful apartment / duplex (with separate entrance from the street) very spacious and bright, ideally situated for rest, relaxation and leisure enclave.

Housing located very close to the beach (around 75 meters in a straight line), in a population center of less than 800 inhabitants called: Playa de la Caleta de Interián.


La Caleta de Interián belongs to the municipality of the town and port of Garachico, town past centuries became the main port of the island rivaling others as important as Santa Cruz de Tenerife (main port today in Island).

Garachico experienced a golden age in terms of economy, trade, and development until a volcanic eruption destroyed much of the town and its port in 1706.

With the passage of time and today, Garachico has become one of the most important historical centers of the Canaries. The rich historical and artistic heritage of the past and special care has been taken in their preservation over the centuries, have succeeded in 1980 being awarded the Gold Medal of Merit in the Fine Arts and later in 1994 was declared of cultural interest with category HISTORICAL SET by the Canarian Government.

Garachico has among others dipping their land in several protected areas as: Chinyero, Forest Corona and El Teide.

The secondary access communicates upstairs from the 'Calle Canary Islands' to the house, is made through a corridor leading to a private patio, this route lacks any step from the street to the house. Room number 3, located on the ground floor, although it can be used for up to four people as it has a king-size bed and a sofa that can be converted into bed, we have not really defined as a proper room said. This area is rather a special place in the house, we wanted termed as CHILL-OUT, and we believe that is primarily intended for entertainment and leisure. It is the area of ​​greatest amplitude and the most beautiful of the whole house. We assure you that when you see will be seduced by its charm, its decor and its warmth. It was outstanding attention to detail for your comfort.

The pool referred to housing, is a municipal, suitable for all audiences pool. The facility is located 2.5 km away, in the municipality of Los Silos, in 'Sibora'. It is salt water and has a length of 50 meters. The pool is ideal for all audiences because it combines swimming training streets and streets for collective bathroom. Прекрасные апартаменты в уютном городке

Мы провели две прекрасные недели в апартаментах Мигеля. Апартаменты очень чистые, комфортные, оборудованы всем необходимым и со вкусом оформлены. Городок небольшой и уютный, бухта защищена от волн, можно плавать с маской и ловить рыбу (попадаются неплохие вьехи). На пляже людей немного, до 10-11 часов утра он практически пустой. Мигель - очень гостеприимный хозяин, встретил нас, как близких родственников, рассказал о достопримечательностях и местах, которые стоит посетить. Парковка прямо под окнами, Мигель предлагал воспользоваться подземной парковкой, но в этом не было необходимости. Неподалеку от дома супермаркет, несколько хороших ресторанов, но в основном мы готовили сами - кухня оборудована очень хорошо. Если когда-нибудь попадем на Тенерифе - обязательно остановимся у Мигеля.

"This apartment exceeded our expectations - it was light, airy and peaceful despite being perfectly situated in Garachico, near the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment even though it was only for 6 nights! Next time we would stay for longer! It is in a good location and is clean and nicely furnished inside.

The terrace is lovely! Also, the owner was very welcoming, helpful and cahrming.

We would certainly recommend this apartment and will be returning in the springtime.

SUPER Schönes Ferienhaus.

Der Empfang bei unserer Reise war sehr herzlich, Miguel hat uns durch das Haus geführt. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Tips bekommen und Miguel war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar.

Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Das Ferienhaus ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet, es bietet alles was man braucht und eigentlich noch viel mehr.

Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Auch was das Preisleistungsverhältnis betrifft. Das sollte hier auch mal erwähnt werden.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit vielen Details eingerichtet, so das man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch im Haus war jede Menge Spielzeug und Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schon beim Eintritt in dieses wunderbare Haus spürt man die positive Energie . Es ist sehr schön dekoriert und die ganze Familie fühlte sich sehr bequem. Bezaubernde Nächte voller Ruhe und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge begleiteten uns mit dem Geräusch des Meeres im Hintergrund. Das Haus ist voll ausgerüstet, mit Fersehzimmer in Kinogrösse und allem was man in einem täglichen Gebrauch benötigt.

Die Lage ist perfekt fuer die wichtigsten Ausflüge der Insel, und drumherum hat man nette Restaurant, Bar, und schöne Spaziergänge.

Das Klima ist ausgezeichnet, kurze Hose und T-Shirt reicht sogar am Abend.

Die Eigentümer fragten uns am letzten Tag ob wir dieses Haus empfehlen würden; unsere Antwort; sofort, mit geschlossenen Augen!. Sie sind derart sympatisch, hilfsbereit und bieten eine so angenehmene Unterkunft, so dass man schon den naechsten Urlaub in ihrem Haus plant. Und Reiseführer braucht man kaum, sie gaben uns die beste Info über die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.

Also wir können sie nur bestens empfehlen.

Great place to stay

We were staying in the apartment with 2 children (2 and 5 years old). The location is perfect in a small and quiet village, very close to the beach (not a sandy one, but you can hear the ocean!) and very close to a supermarket. There is nice seafood selection in the shop - we cooked a delicious octopus stew. The house is really lovely and spacious and is equipped with everything you could ever wish. There is even a miniature garden with fresh herbs you can use. The kids didn't want to leave the apartment ever :) Now they want their room decorated the same way. The owner was always helpful, even long before we arrived he was providing us with information about the island. Everything was perfect and we had a great time.
