About Alessandra Poluzzi

I'm passionate about birdwatching and trekking.

I love to visit antique markets, to read fiction books, but especially poems and sonnets (my favorite poet is William Shakespeare).

I love going to the movies (my favorite Italian director is Pupi Avati; the American one is Steven Spielberg).

I love cooking and of course eating the typical dishes of Roman cuisine.

Being a host my motto is: hospitality, accuracy, professionalism, reliability, courtesy and sympathy.

Alessandra Poluzzi purchased this apartment in 2008

Why Alessandra Poluzzi chose Aventino Testaccio

I rented this house for several years and then I bought it because it is located in a residential district: very beautiful, peaceful, quiet and safe. Metro and buses are fwe minutes walking from the apartment.

Just walking in the sweet silence of the main street 'Giovanni Miani', you can discover charming corners of the neighborhood, the residential construction and the beautiful square 'Nicoloso da Recco'.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is elegant period building with an internal courtyard.

The landing of the stairs has a wonderful old floor mosaic dating back to 1900.

Winter extended stay in Rome

  • 4 of 5

Alessandra was a wonderful friendly landlady for our few week winter trip to Rome. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, providing us with a lot of useful information. The apartment was warm for our winter stay.

The apartment was in a quiet area but very well located for public transport also walkable to the Colusseum area if feeling energetic. There were quite a few great local restaurants and nearby

appartement agréable dans quartier résidentiel calme

  • 5 of 5

A home from home in Rome

  • 5 of 5

This was an ideal home for our first visit to Rome. Alessandra welcomed us with delicious coffee, and lots of advice about where to go. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area, close to bus, metro, train and tram stops, but also walkable for many of Rome's sights. If you are arriving by plane, it is an easy journey by train to Ostiense, and then just a few minutes' walk. The photos give an accurate impression of the apartment, which is ideal for two people.

Micro.....Vacanze Romane

  • 5 of 5

Grazie mille, Ale e Marco!!!!

More than a holiday house..!

  • 5 of 5

Insomma, noi ci ritorneremo a Natale!!

Alessandra
