Peaceful location near Sanary-sur-Mer Six-Four, Bandol, Toulon

New, opening on the 19Th April of 2014. Nice 3-room house with garden and swimming pool. Awarded 4* by the local tourist office. Located in Toulon heights, peaceful, unobstructed view and surrounded by sheer rocks, near the typical village of Revest les Eaux and its lake. Located on a 2,700-m² landscaped property, this renovated house with brand new furnishings and all the comforts can accommodate four people. Swimming pool: reserved for you from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 to 6 p.m. (flexible). It features an equipped kitchen, a living room that opens onto the terrace and private garden, and extremely good bedding. Bedroom 1 has two 90 x 200-cm bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a 160 x 200-cm bed with a TV area opening onto a large balcony. A shower and toilet are available. Many hikes are possible on the GR51 and GR99. 20-30 minutes away from the beaches are Toulon, La Seyne-sur-Mer Six-Four, Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol. Please contact me for more information. Everything has been planned so you can enjoy a pleasant stay in a green and peaceful environment where relaxation is guaranteed. We have always loved the Alpes Maritimes region and the Var for its nature, landscapes, history and heritage, and the Mediterranean Sea. We are from La-Gaude, close to Vence; we bought this family property to get closer to our children. The little house we are renting has an incredible charm and a nice history.

It was a pleasure for our family to stay in this charming and well situated house

We are a family of four from Canada. This was our first family vacation in Provence/Cote D’Azur. Our two boys are 10 and 12 yrs. old.

The listing description is accurate. The location, layout, amenities.... everything exceeded our expectations.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We appreciated this a great deal.

As our visit was in July, the pool was our saviour on a few very hot days.

Hélène & Joël were wonderful hosts, in every sense of the word.

Joël provides excellent customer service. In fact, he may very well be the best part of staying in this charming home in Revest les Eaux. He speaks English and he enjoys helping his guests find exactly what they are looking for. As a result of his thoughtful advice, we spent every day of our vacation enjoying the perfect sights.

There are many things to see and do for the whole family. Between the charming nearby towns, beaches, historical sights, restaurants, markets or simply driving from town to town, we felt that after almost two weeks that there was still so much to see and do that we will have to come back again.

There is not too much within a short walking distance. Although, walking can be very interesting, if not a great workout - thanks to the hills. So transportation is recommended.

As my wife and I are quite are tall, we had to duck slightly to clear a couple of the door frames on the lower level. But we considered this part of the charm of this home, which was otherwise perfectly sized for our stay.

There is no commercial development in the immediate area. This home is in a quiet and visually attractive hilly residential area. When staying here, you are sufficiently far from Toulon that you don’t feel like you are in a city. Yet it is in a desirable area with wonderful local shops and amenities a short distance away.

We have no hesitation recommending this property to our friends or relatives. In fact, we already have.

Don’t forget to visit the actual town of le Revest. We almost missed this picture postcard perfect little town down and up the road a little.

Very Good

The friendly owners are very dedicated to give their guests a pleasant stay.

The house is well equipped, the swimming pool ideally situated and well maintained.

Beautiful villages nearby as well as the coast that offers a range of activities, ports and small islands to visit.

We found it to be a welcome combination of relaxing round the house and exploring the Var region.

Nice & clean place, warm hospitality

The location of the vacation home is quiet and relatively close to the beach and to all major tourist attractions within the area. The vacation home itself is clean and well equipped which is perfect for families with kids. Owners of the vacation home are very friendly and approachable, we definitely recommend this vacation home to those who are interested in exploring the area with a home setting comfort.

Formidable !

Location fidèle aux photos et aux appréciations déjà éditées.

La maison est bien agencée, décorée avec goût, les finitions sont de qualité, la cuisine bien conçue... Et la literie très bonne.

Le petit jardin est très appréciable, de même que la terrasse et le balcon à l'étage.

La piscine est superbe et parfaitement entretenue ! Les enfants en ont bien profités et nous aussi. Le coin "pataugeoire" est très appréciable pour les petits.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. La région nous a beaucoup plus également.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de leur location, leur amabilité et leur discrétion.

Stay tax 5.0% per night. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival.


Afin de procéder à la réservation du logement, le Preneur retourne le présent contrat complété, paraphé à chaque page et signé accompagné du versement d’arrhes à hauteur de 50% du montant du loyer (xxxx euros).
La réservation devient effective si le bailleur reçoit par courrier 2 exemplaires du présent contrat paraphé, daté et signé avant 7 jours à compter de la réception du contrat. Un exemplaire signé par le bailleur est renvoyé au preneur (locataire) par retour du courrier.


Le solde du montant du loyer indiqué au paragraphe 4, soit 50% (yyyy euros) après déduction du montant des arrhes sera versé par le Preneur deux semaines avant l’arrivée par chèque ou virement bancaire et exceptionnellement au plus tard lors de l’entrée dans le logement en espèce.

Le forfait ménage de fin de séjour est facturé 50 Euros et devra être réglé à l’entrée dans les lieux.

Le forfait lingerie (Draps, linge de maison, serviettes) est facturé 50 Euros/semaine et devra être réglé à l’entrée dans les lieux.

La taxe de séjour de 5% du montant du loyer de la location représentant un montant de (zz €). Ce montant sera dû au propriétaire le jour de l'arrivée.


Au plus tard lors de l’entrée dans les lieux, le Preneur remettra au Bailleur un montant de 600 Euros
(Six cents euros) à titre de dépôt de garantie destiné à couvrir les dommages et/ou dégradations du logement et du mobilier et objets garnissant le logement causés par le Preneur, ainsi que les pertes de clefs ou d'objets.

Le dépôt de garantie sera restitué au Preneur dans un délai maximum d’un mois après son départ, déduction faite le cas échéant des sommes couvrant les dommages et/ou dégradations du logement et du mobilier et objets garnissant le logement causés par le Preneur, ainsi que les pertes de clefs ou d'objets.

Le dépôt de garantie pourra être constitué par un virement bancaire, la remise d’espèces ou d'un chèque de caution signé à l'ordre du Bailleur
