The apartments are located at the marina of SAIDIA in AP2 homes and AP8, secure 24h / 24h, they are the 2nd and last floor with solarium (private 100m² terrace on the roof).

The apartments include a 118 m² large living-dining room (with balcony of 20 sqm), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of which is located in the master bedroom, 1 kitchen and laundry.

The apartments have a private solarium of 100 sqm (private roof terrace) accessed by a private stairway from the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the region.

The apartments have a maximum comfort, they are equipped with air conditioning (warm in winter and cold in summer), a washing machine, dishwasher, hot water, hair dryer, d an iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, etc ..........

TV Channels: 2 satellites: nilesat for Arab and Astra channels for foreign channels and French TNT: TF1, France 2, France 3, M6, Guilli, W9 etc ....

Beyond the sleeping 4 people is very comfortable in the Moroccan living since the benches are intended for duplication.

Excellent appartement très propre et très calme!!!

Excellent, appartement très très propre et très calme, le propriétaire Younès est très sérieux, sa soeur khadija qui s'occupe de l'appartement est très gentille et disponible, que du bonheur, aucune surprise, je dirais c'est même mieux que sur les photos. N'hésitez pas une seconde pour louer cet appartement, il est très bien équipé et tous les équipements sont opérationnels.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet appartement et dans cette résidence.
