60 sq.m apartment for 4 people (or 5 people if one is a child over 6 years or a teenager, small extra charge), downtown Perros-Guirec, near Trestraou Beach. Be in town with all its conveniences, but also close to the sea and the Seven Islands Archipelago. With secure private parking, coded entry and intercom, elevator, Internet and WIFI as of July 2015. Since May 2014, highly appreciated by clients who have stayed there since. The building is in the heart of downtown; a comfortable apartment located in a sought-after building with elevator, completely renovated in 2010 and decorated with attention, oak and teak hardwood floors, secure private parking in the building. The 60 sq.m furnished apartment with double exposure has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and lots of storage. The 2 bedrooms face northwest and overlook the private parking courtyard and an absolute calm, Internet and WIFI, ideal for 3-4 people, or a couple with up to 3 children. Water and electricity included in the rental price (except in winter) as well any potential tourist taxes. Optional services of your choice: "sheets and towels" and/or "house cleaning" upon departure. In the immediate neighbourhood there is Trestraou Beach (sand) 800 m away, the marina at 1900 m, downtown is less than 100 m, 100-150 m from all shops and services such as restaurants, pizzerias and creperies, 150 m from the "Sentier des Douaniers" and 800 m from water activities, the ferry departure point to the archipelago of "Sept Iles" and "Bréhat", the thalassotherapy centre, cinema complex, mini-golf, casino, and games for children. Be only 4 km from the "Favorite village of the French 2015", Ploumanac'h. 8 km from the Saint-Samson Golf Course (18-holes), 11 km from the charming city of Lannion, 22 km from the historic city of Tréguier, hometown of Ernest Renan, famous philosopher, historian and author and 36 km from Paimpol, a small quaint village with a port. Nearby, a visit to "L'île de Bréhat" is almost mandatory. In the region of the Pink Granite Coast: an idyllic area with its 300 million year old boulders or nestle into the "Favorite Village of the French 2015: Ploumanac'h.

Ideally situated on the Pink Granite Coast, this apartment located in Perros-Guirec, in a sought-after building located in the heart of town, close to shops and facilities, but also only (800 m) from the Trestraou Beach with all its water sports, summer events and activities. From here, everything (almost) is accessible on foot. We have decided to offer you this new rental property since April 2014 so that you may have a pleasant stay in Perros-Guirec in a modern, functional and comfortable accommodation. Note that downtown Perros is located 45-50 m above the sea level. Whether one resides on the seafront or in town, any vacationer will have to manage an average gradient of 5-6%, to return from the beach if housed in the centre, or simply to go shopping if residing on the seafront; at least for those who, during vacation, prefer to walk with a wonderful view on the Seven Islands to being in the car.

Appartement moderne avec tout le confort souhaité et à proximité immédiate des différents commerces

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans un appartement propre et moderne aux équipements complets (armoire de rangement dans chaque chambre, TV, Internet, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc) qui ont facilité notre séjour et nous ont ainsi permis d'apprécier encore plus nos vacances dans la région de Perros-Guirec. Nous remercions chaleureusement le propriétaire pour son accueil très attentionné.

Excellent sejour!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Perros Guirec, le splendide paysage mais aussi notre appartement bien situé, accueillant, très fonctionnel, bien équipé avec stationnement privé et ascenseur. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire M. Jaouen avec explications nombreuses et pertinentes concernant l'utilisation des différents appareils mais surtout les conseils très judicieux en ce qui a trait aux endroits à visiter dans cette belle région. Ce fut un séjour dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir.

Access: From the Brest N12 axis, in the vicinity of "Guingamp", take the "Lanion" exit and follow the D767 all the way to Lannion. Then follow signs to "Perros-Guirec" and continue onto the D767, then the D788 that will lead you directly to the port of Perros-Guirec. Here, follow the signs to "Centre Ville". Some of the activities and local attractions: - water sports on the beach at Trestraou, the "Sept-Iles" and the ornithological reserve, walks on the "Sentier des Douaniers" that follows along all the "Côte de Granit Rose" with its unforgettable views. Ploumanac'h, voted the village the most favored of the French in 2015, the Telecom Museum in Plemeur-Bodou that has a variety of different educational activities for the young (and the less young), the downtown with its shops that sell local products and souvenirs, the 18-hole golf course in Saint-Samson, the Lannion market every Thursday and Perros on Fridays. The town of Paimpol and its port; and be sure not miss a visit to the "L'ile de Bréhat" just across the way, and the "L'île de Batz" near ROSCOFF (73 km)
