About the property

Located in a Provencal village, close to Grasse, you will find this 80-sq.m house full of character. It offers an excellent outdoor equipment with a not-overlooked terrace, a pool a few steps away, a barbecue, and a nice outdoor lighting for a cosy evening with your couple or family. It has top-quality equipment. In the living room, you will find an electric shutter. a large picture window opening onto the garden, a 3D TV, satellite channels, a Hi-Fi stereo, DVD player, possibility of computer connection, mood lighting with remote control, a sofa bed, a dining table, a comfortable couches. On the ground floor bedroom, there is a large space, a large bed, a nice view of the pool, am electric shutter, a safe, and a Freeview TV on the wall. There is a bedroom on the first floor offering 2 large beds that can make a large bed, and a nice view of the pool. There is another bedroom on the first floor offering 2 single beds, cupboard storage, Freeview television, and a nice view of the pool. The kitchen offers high quality equipment. You will find 5-ring with oven, a double-door fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, brand crockery, all the cooking utensils you might need, and plenty of storage space. You will also find a bathroom on the ground floor with large space suitable for disabled people, a shower, a storage unit, and LED lighting. On the ground floor, there is a toilet with wide access. There is also a 9x4 m pool, heated by heat pump and electrolysis water treatment system, making it very nice to swim without any chlorine smell. The pool is shared with the owner. There is Wi-Fi access throughout the property and the pool area. The ground floor is equipped for disabled people. A 50% payment is requested upon booking, and the remaining 50% will be paid at the beginning of the stay. Optional services include sheets supplied for €20 per week per family, towels provided for €20 per week per family, and final cleaning service for €70. It is also possible to provide a car for those holiday makers with a valid driving license in France (price according to time and mileage). Airport transfer in Nice Airport or Cannes train station is possible for €50 (maximum 4 people).

About Christophe Collier

We are from Nancy - Metz in eastern France. We moved to in the south of France in 1991 and lived by the sea in Cagnes sur Mer. We settled in Saint Vallier de Thiey in 2001 and have been seduced by this village near Préalpes d'Azur. We are close to nature and at the same time to all the activities, the seafront, the mountain, Cannes, Nice, and Sophia Antipolis. The access roads are in excellent conditions. We enjoy the benefits of nature and the proximity of all activities. It is an excellent compromise! We are bikers. Currently, we have a Varadero 1000. This place is wonderful for mountain hikes, and it ideal to move around and enjoy the beautiful nature! We love to travel. Regularly, we visit Corsica, Ireland, England, and Italy. We have also been in North Africa (Tunisia, Morocco), West Africa (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Cameroon), USA, Greece, Cuba, Croatia and Spain. We want to continue learning about other countries and their population. Receiving people is a pleasure for us and is part of our DNA! We built this BBC house for our relatives and friends to receive them in good conditions, and they are independent. We want to meet holiday makers from all backgrounds and all countries. We have worked in the hotel industry, and receiving holiday makers has been a pleasure! This property for rent allows us to afford some of the expenses.

This house is pleasant throughout the year. It has been designed by an architectural firm. It has been built according to low energy consumption standards. It is bright, well laid out, functional, easy to live in, not tiring, and very secluded. It has been built with high-quality materials: We have tried to think of everything so that the guests of this house find an oasis of comfort! One day, we will also live here :) :)!

Perfekter Urlaub

Liebe Nadine, lieber Christophe,

wir möchten uns bei Euch für einen perfekten Urlaub bedanken. Alles hat gepasst und war super. Das Haus ist noch besser als im Inserat beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Fondue, heißer Stein und Raclette wäre möglich gewesen.

Der topgepflegte Garten und der tolle Pool haben uns die Seele baumeln lassen. Die traumhafte Umgebung mit Grasse, Gorges du Verdon, Gourdon, Nizza, Cannes, Antibes und Monaco haben wir auch erkundet.

Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Euch!

Perfect holiday home

Dear Christophe and Nadine!

We wish to thank you for a perfect holiday this summer. The house, the pool and garden, the village and of course Your hospitality made our vacation the best one ever. We really hope we can come back some time soon.

The house is very nice and clean, everything is new, it's location is quiet and in walking distance form the small village. It's all just perfect, an we gladly recommend it to anyone who consider renting a holiday home in southern France.

Superbe location, fin avril 2014

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à St Vallier de Thiey. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil des propriétaires.

La villa est très bien située : proche du centre ville, quartier calme, mais surtout à mi-chemin entre la mer et les montagnes (gorges du verdon...).

Exactement ce que nous recherchions !

La villa est très bien aménagée, avec des équipements neufs.

Nous sommes venus avec notre fils de 8 mois et il y avait tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit, chaise haute, baignoire).

Bref, un séjour très agréable, nous serions bien resté une semaine supplémentaire si la villa n'avait pas été louée !
