We stayed at 104 Buttercup and it was the best place ever. We have stayed there several times and it is always fun. WE brought another family this year and they were also impressed with the house and the service from 360 Properties!!! THanks for everything

My family of 4 and my sister's family of 5 stayed at 104 Buttercup. It was the perfect sized house for us. The downstairs kitchen I think was our favorite part. It has a very open floor plan. We could all be downstairs, but not on top of each other. The house location was great and just a short bike ride to the beach or down to Seaside.

We rent houses several times a year in Watercolor. This is the most we have ever paid, and this house was appalingly dirty, should be a $5000 rental. The kitchen rugs were so soiled, we rolled them up because everyone was grossed out. And the floors left our feet BLACK. I dripped water off a dish, grabbed a paper towel to dry it off the floor and a six inch swipe later, the paper towel was tar paper black. So gross. As hostess of our guests, I was humiliated. And if I were the owner, I would replace the slipcovers and rugs, and get a new management company that will clean the place moderately well between rentals. The house needs a serious deep clean. I will be calling to talk to 360 Blue management to address these issues. The owners and renters deserve better, at any price. And at $10,000, this is appalling. The pros were location and the bunk beds, swing beds. But the cons outweighed the pros for this house in this condition. Also needs better pans and cooking utensils, and would be nice to h

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our second year to stay in your home. It's now our favorite Watercolor home. Kids love the green across the street for baseball and the girls love the Swing beds! I would love to see a Keurig brewer added to the kitchen and possibly a different mattress for the master bedroom. The one there is most uncomfortable! 😁 Other than that, your home is perfection! Thank you so much!
