Comfort of your couch, you have only 30 meters to go, to be feet in the water, on the Great Beach of St Jean-de-Luz. Ideally located in a beautiful late 19th century style building, completely renovated in 2010, you will forget the car hassle. All shops are nearby, so you do not get out, private parking, your vehicle for stewardship. The modern comfort of this apartment fully renovated, will allow you to rest. Le petit paradis

L'appartement est vite venu notre refuge favori, appelé 'petit paradis' par notre fils de 6 ans. 2 chambres avec beaucoup de rangement + le canapé lit dans le salon nous ont permis d'y loger avec nos 4 enfants.

L'emplacement est idéal, à 30 mètres de la plage, et le parking très pratique. La salle de bain annexe permet de stocker le matériel de plage, serviettes etc et de se doucher avant de rentrer dans l'appartement

Très bon accueil aussi nous avons apprécié les recommandations des propriétaires. Merci!

perfecto alojamiento para una familia

apartamento ideal para una familia con niños, todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones agradables a pie de playa, lo hace ideal el tener un baño al que acceder para limpiar toda la arena y luego entrar en el apartamento todos limpios, también la comodidad de tener el coche aparcado en la misma puerta y así evitar el tener que andar buscando aparcamiento o tener que pagar por él..... perfecto tanto el apartamento como la familiaridad de sus dueños!! gracias!!

Parfait

Quel bonheur cette semaine de vacances dans ce superbe appartement nickel idéalement placé, au rdc à 50 m de la plage.

Place de parking privative, grand local attenant et très pratique avec une 2 ème douche et un 2eme WC, machine à laver et de la place pour les velos ou autres.

Inutile de prendre la voiture, le logement est au coeur de St Jean de Luz à 2 pas des boutiques et des restaurants

Et cerise sur le gâteau l'excellent accueil de Mme et Mr Marque chaleureux et soucieux du moindre détail pour notre confort.

Délicieuse attention de leur part à notre arrivée.. .. une boîte de macarons spécialité de la maison Adam.

Pour manger juste à côté de l'appartement :le café de Paris en bord de mer excellent et très correct dans les prix.

Donc super vacances et envie de revenir !

location idéale

appartement idéalement situé : à 30 secondes de la plage (nous avons chronométré) et le centre ville à proximité. l'appartement est bien équipé, propre et sa salle d'eau annexe qui permet d'éviter de faire rentrer le sable dans l'appartement sont d'autant plus d'atouts.

nous n'avons eu besoin de la voiture qu'une seule fois mais connaissant déjà le pays basque et vu l'affluence de touristes en Août, cette place de parking privée était la cerise sur le gâteau car aucun frais de stationnement et pas de perte de temps dans les ralentissements.

enfin nous le recommandons sans hésitation et nous gardons les coordonnées des propriétaires précieusement qui plus est, sont forts sympathiques.
