Comfort of your couch, you have only 30 meters to go, to be feet in the water, on the Great Beach of St Jean-de-Luz. Ideally located in a beautiful late 19th century style building, completely renovated in 2010, you will forget the car hassle. All shops are nearby, so you do not get out, private parking, your vehicle for stewardship. The modern comfort of this apartment fully renovated, will allow you to rest. Relaxation, relaxation, sports activities, you will enjoy your vacation. The brand new kitchen is spacious enough to accommodate all the modern amenities: microwave, oven pyrolysis, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob is new. Perfect beach village, perfect location

All stars for this location, owner and rental!

St Jean de Luz is a perfect beach village - we spent some time in the area up and down the coast and felt that St Jean de Luz is the best of them all - not too big, not too little, great beach that is great at high tide as well. It is not a surfing beach - but a great swimming beach. The town has many places to walk to of interest, a great boardwalk and a very unique basque influence. We happened to be there during the Bestak festival (annual Basque festival) - which ended up being a highlight of our travels this summer.

You couldn't ask for anything better as a rental property for our family of 5. It takes 75 small steps to make it from the front door of the rental to the beach. You can hear the wave breaks outside of the door and through the night. There are two bathrooms and showers which is a great bonus.

The owners (we dealt with both Guy and Adeline) are super - very attentive, very professional and kind. You can tell that they love the property and are happy to share it's magic with the renters.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé tout se fait à pieds. La salle de bain supplémentaire est parfaite pour se nettoyer au retour de la plage car nous nous sommes baignés vu les températures estivales que nous avions! La place de parking est un vrai plus. Le petit paradis

L'appartement est vite venu notre refuge favori, appelé 'petit paradis' par notre fils de 6 ans. 2 chambres avec beaucoup de rangement + le canapé lit dans le salon nous ont permis d'y loger avec nos 4 enfants.

L'emplacement est idéal, à 30 mètres de la plage, et le parking très pratique. La salle de bain annexe permet de stocker le matériel de plage, serviettes etc et de se doucher avant de rentrer dans l'appartement

Très bon accueil aussi nous avons apprécié les recommandations des propriétaires. Merci!

Zoriona is one of the most beautiful building in St Jean-de-Luz, next to the Grand Hotel and close to the Hélianthal Thalasso center. Not far from the Pergola and the Casino, Grand Beach, is just 30 meters from your door. The walk along the coastal path to St Barbe and Ciboure is close to home. Place Louis XIV, the pedestrian shopping Gambetta, the fishing port, home of the Infanta is 400 m. Restaurants, bars, newsagent, bakery and all the shops are within walking distance, 100 m radius. The train station is 5 minutes, Biarritz Parme Airport, 15 minutes. Large Carrefour or Leclerc stores, 10 minutes. Spain is only 15 km, San Sebastian and its famous bay 'the Kontxa' are 35 km away. Hiking in the mountains, the Rhune, or mounted with its small cog train, are only 35 minutes.

Ski: The ski resort Iraty and Pierre St Martin are 1H30 away. There will practice both downhill skiing than substance. Snowshoes and sleds are also possible. The environment is wonderful for those who love mountain scenery and wildlife
