This flat was amazing! Close to restaurants and metro to get you anywhere you want to go. Sparkling clean and comfortable! We were there during a very hot time and the air conditioning was perfect. Jean-Marc is easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of my questions. I would highly recommend this flat!
Fantastic Apartment, Ideal Location
Look no further for a Brussels apartment, great neighborhood location, easy access to all the sights, spacious well appointed one bedroom apartment, afforded us space and privacy. This was our first trip to Brussels, wish we could find an apartment like this one on every trip! My husband and I have rented apartments through VRBO/ Home Away for about 18 years, all over the U.S., Central and South America, and Europe and this apartment was one of the best ever. Jean-Marc has equipment the apartment with everything one would require, especially the kitchen if you like to cook as we do. Jean-Marc was wonderful to work with, very responsive in all communications. We in are late sixties, the location is excellent, food store within blocks, safe neighbor, restaurants, easy walking, close subway. We spent 12 days at the apartment, while there we took the train to Paris, Luxembourg, Ghent, Antwerp and Burge.
Information on taking the train to subway after arriving at the International airport. A taxi from the airport to the apartment is 50 euros, the 15 minute train is about 4.50 euros. The airport is in Zaventem, purchase a train ticket from one of the ticket machines, destination Gare di Midi. Once you arrive a Gare du Midi, transfer to the subway line on a lower level, follow the Blue M signs for the subway. Purchase a subway ticket from the machine or at the ticket window, Take the Blue line number 6 subway in the direction of the end stop Elizabeth. Go 3 stops to Louise, follow signs for exit Polaert, Quatre Bas exit, at the top of the escalator is Tiffanys, walk south away from Tiffanys on Waterloo Blvd. Cross the double street walk about 2 blocks, turn right on Place Jean-Jacobs, walk down to #8.
Food Store: "Proxy" about 3 blocks from apartment, opposite side of Waterloo Blvd., walk back toward Louise subway stop, cross over street, turn right down the street, it's the second
street on the left mid way down the block. Bring a bag from the apartment great selection fresh and prepared meals, beer, wine liquor. etc.
Looking forward to returning again soon, for an extended stay in Brussels.

If I would be able to give 10 stars I would. The apartment is beautiful, very well situated, a real home stay away from home. Jean-Marc is a great host and the young lady that helped us when we checked in Justyna is great as well. The apartment has all the utilities one needs and the view to the city is superb. Will be recommending this apartment and city to all my friends.
Nicely designed, accessible to the Metro and Tram and away from the crowds.
Nice modern apartment with two balconies. The front balcony faces south west. Being on the ninth floor and on the top of a hill, the sunset and view is beautiful. Very clean.
The pull down bed in the living area is a double and is comfortable. The bedroom has two single beds side by side.
Large shower , double sinks in the bathroom.
Rented July 17, so a lot of construction work in the immediate area, but it finishes on time each day.
We enjoyed our stay here and would return without any reservation.
Agreable, elegant et fonctionnel: en un mot parfait
Situé au cœur de Bruxelles, cet appartement est parfait : complètement équipé, bien éclairé avec différentes vues sur la ville, et décorée avec gout et élégance. Jean- Marc est un hôte extrêmement attentionné qui nous avait communique via email tous les petits détails de la vie quotidienne pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable : métro, shopping, Wi-Fi . Malgré un temps maussade, Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour boire notre café matinal et parfois l’apéritif en soirée
Malgré une arrivée tardive imprévue, Justyna nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et patience avant de nous faire une visite rapide, informative er utile de l’appartement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement et nous comptons y revenir si nous devions passer par Bruxelles !

Great apartment/great location
Very nicely furnished top floor apartment. One block from metro and tram. Restaurants within walking distance. I recommend it highly.
Metro line 2 and 6 (stop Louise) at 300 metres
A supermarket open 7 days 7 is at a distance of only 200 m in Rue Haute, with all the shops you need.
The typical Marolles offers many very nice restaurants, flea market and galleries.
