The new Eden Plaza with Creole architecture is open and located 400 metres away. You will find a supermarket there, several restaurants, bars, a casino, ice cream parlour, 2 banks and around 40 boutiques, all this and a big covered car park under it, without leaving Eden Island.

There are many activities on Eden Island: fishing, boat rental, tours, scuba diving, jet skiing, etc. Eden Island and its Creole architecture form the largest garden in the Seychelles and has 24 hour security. Eden is connected by a bridge to Mahé. Mahé is the prettiest and biggest of the Seychelles islands with its 70 beaches and flourishing green mountains. You should allow at least a week to get to know all its delights.

My wife is a trained biologist and she looks after the 2 flats when I am away.
We have a 12 m catamaran that we rent out and that I use on my time-off when it is not rented out.

What a lovely place! and such a friendly host is Ronan! Highly recommended. We stayed for 2 nights and the property has everything and a reasonable rate. Would certainly stay there again!
We stayed here during November, myself, my husband and our daughter. The garden apartment is beautifully positioned and equipped. It felt more like a villa. We had a few bbqs on the patio overlooking the peaceful harbour. Lovely comfortable beds and large wet/shower rooms. The golf buggy was a great way to get to the restaurants and beaches on the island and to the supermarket in the shopping precinct. Geda is a lovely lady who looks after the apartments as well as the guests, I recommend her delicious creole dinner she will prepare for you. She can also advise on some day trips to the other islands. The glass bottom boat that will collect you from your own pontoon and take you off to moyenne island stopping on the way for a snorkel and then a BBQ, and a walk round the small island, followed by a sunbathe and swim, before heading back to your apartment. We (two adults and two children) spent 10 great days in the perfectly place apartment. We had the garden apartment and enjoyed it very much to have our "own kayak" directly in front of the terrace, Rose-Marie has taken us lovingly in reception and also the intermediate cleaning with (Jidda?) were perfect. Everyone was very helpful.
We can only recommend this Apparment and it will book again on our next holiday Seychelles.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen Anfang Februar im Appartement von Mr. Bragain zu Gast. Eine wunderbar Unterkunft auf Eden Island, perfekt und stilvoll eingerichtete, herrlicher Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Bootsanleger, eine fast schon luxeriös ausgestattet Küche. Sehr ruhig und ausgezeichnet gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt, sehr viel unternommen und die Seychellen mit ihren einzigartigen Naturschönheiten kennengelernt
Aber eines, sozusagen als i Tüpfelchen, muss man noch hervorheben und das ist Jidda, die Perle des Hauses! Sie hat für uns herrlich gekocht, uns hervorragende Tppis für Ausflüge und Lokale gegeben und war einfach herzerfrischend.

Apartment located on the water's edge, in the first bay, the most peaceful part of Eden Island. The nearest beach is 50 metres away. The view of the Mahé mountains is spectacular and very clear. Behind the apartment there is a 2 hectare tropical garden. Eden island is in the bay of the isle of Mahé. Eden island is connect to Mahé by a secure-access bridge.
A shopping centre opened its doors at the end of 2013. There is a covered garage in the basement,a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and banks, a casino and quite a few boutiques. All are three minutes away in your electric car and without leaving the island. This allows you to make the most of your holidays here with everything close by.
Enjoy the 70 beaches on Mahé. Victoria is 3 km away. The airport is 4 km away. There are always cabs available at the airport on your arrival to Eden Island (journey is around € 15). You are 5 minutes from the small capital city. Victoria and its many lively streets. The central hospital is 3 km away.
Eden is the largest garden in the Seychelles. 4 beaches within 50, 100 and 300 meters of the apartment. The architecture is Creole style. Here the convivial and peaceful atmosphere is evident. Only electric cars (EPV - Environmental Performance Vehicles) and bicycles are allowed.
