Well located apartment equipped for 4 people. Winter holidays / summer

The apartment in residence ('the Edge of tracks') is on the edge of the cross-country ski slopes and a few minutes of 50 lifts while being near the Rousses resort center with a nice view on the Risoux massif. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern building with 3 floors (no elevator) with parking in the basement. The place is quiet and relaxing in the middle of a meadow at the foot of a toboggan run. All amenities are nearby (shops, restaurants, cinema, shops, doctors.) The range of activities and the summer and winter walks is dazzling: alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf, horse riding, tennis, skating, archery, cycling, fishing, adventure park, lake sailing center. Everything is beautiful, including Switzerland whose border is 2 km ... Geneva and Lake Geneva are within a half hour drive. There are almost no tourist interest in this region that we bâptise'le Swiss Jura '

La situation de la location et sa description est précise. La location est très propre, bien entretenue, confortable, bien aménagée, très calme. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, proche du village, des commerces. Le garage est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons été très bien renseigné par le propriétaire et nous recommanderions volontiers cette location à des amis.

Très agréable séjour dans le Haut Jura

Appartement très fonctionnel entièrement conforme à la description. Excellente situation pour partir à la découverte du Haut Jura. La station de vacances Les Rousses est très animée même en période estivale. Excellente communication avec notre hôte.

Agréable séjour estival aux Rousses

Appartement bien entretenu et décoré. Plusieurs indications/recommandations laissées par les propriétaires. Coin nuit séparé de la pièce principale par un rideau, appréciable. Rideaux occultant pas de volets/stores. Pas de micro-ondes mais on peut s'en passer. Place de parking en sous sol (assez difficile de se garer) plus possibilité de se garer devant la résidence.

Proche centre ville et supermarché (Intermarché à 1-2 min à pied).

Région agréable. Office du tourisme à 10-15 min à pied maximum. Diverses activités: baignade au lac des Rousses, randonnées dont celle de la Dole avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Leman plus chaîne des Alpes, proximité avec la Suisse, vente billets pour train plus bateau pour excursion Nyon et Yvoire en bord du lac Leman à l'office du tourisme...

Bon contact avec propriétaires, réponses rapides aux e-mails. Disponibles même si pas sur place.

Séjour estival aux Rousses

Séjour agréable aux Rousses en été.

Appartement bien entretenu et décoré. Coin nuit séparé avec lit appréciable (en plus du canapé lit dans la pièce principale). absence de micro-ondes. place de parking en sous-sol (un peu difficile de se garer) ou possibilité de se garer devant la résidence. Résidence plutôt calme. Supermarché à 1 ou 2 min à pied, centre ville proche également (très belle boutique d'objets en bois, boutique de chocolats suisses, bars, restaurant (dont la Fruitière (pizzas au feu de bois) quasiment en face la Résidence)). Nombreuses indications/recommandations laissées par les propriétaires dans l'appartement). Propriétaires agréables, répondant rapidement à vos emails.

Différentes activités possibles dans la région; office du tourisme aussi de bons conseils (baignade au Lac des Rousses, randonnées (dont celle de la Dôle (vue magnifique sur Lac Leman et Chaîne des Alpes), ou Pic de l'Aigle + Belvédère des 4 Lacs)), Suisse très proche ainsi que Lac Leman (billet train + bateau en vente à l'office du tourisme)).

Nous vous recommandons cette location.
