This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island. It is set in tropical landscape gardens in a private road. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The comfort of guests is a priority. Upstairs consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with a Queensize four poster bed, ensuite and dressing room). The second bedroom also has an ensuite with twin beds, The third bedroom is downstairs which is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar which also seats 6 people. A 2 minute walk to Cottonbay beach, and 7 minutes to Enterprise.

We have stayed in Cotton Bay Close many times before but not before at Talitha's property. The Close is a quiet gated community which suits us well. We love it on the South Coast here - Close to "Miami" beach with its mixture of wide open sandy sea shore if you want full exposure to the sun or large shade giving trees at the back if you prefer reading in the shade. Closer still is Freights bay the islands top long surf boarding centre and round the corner is Silver Sands where kite surfers abound. We always hire a car but you can manage without. Oistins with its famous fish market is 15 minutes walk away.

The house is a modern three bedroomed house with each bedroom with its own bathroom -no hold ups in the morning! The all through kitchen, dining area and lounge suit holiday living and the tiled floors throughout are very practical for a holiday home. There are, of course no stunning views from the house but the outdoor area under the canopy is cool for eating out in the evening and the South Coast abounds with good restaurants.

We were met by Talitha's sister on arrival at the house and given a good introduction to the house and invited to phone her with any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will add it to our list of properties to let again here.

A phenomenal experience!

The property was extremely, beautiful, clean and well maintained. The house is located in a picturesque gated community within a few minutes walk to the beach. The booking process was easy and simple. Talitha answered all of my questions and even arranged airport transportation for us. As a group of 7 college students traveling for spring break, this property was a great getaway that was the perfect balance between relaxing on the beach and still being close enough to enjoy the nightlife. The house is super spacious, it fit the 7 of us comfortably. I have absolutely no complaints and I couldn't ask for a better stay in Barbados. The island is paradise & this house is like having your own private, taste of paradise that is yours for the week. I can't wait to come back and stay here for all my future vacations.

Bliss!

A very comfortable, clean, safe property located in a small gated development 10 minutes walk from Miami beach. Well appointed including washing machine, tumble dryer and very good wi-fi.

Well managed and very minor niggles dealt with promptly which has not always been our experience in the Carribean.

Owner is a pleasure to deal with!

First thing we did on arriving home is book for next year!!

Wonderful Vacation

We (My husband, daughter, mother and myself) have just returned from an 11 day vacation at this property.

We had a fantastic time in Barbados and loved staying at this property.

The photos are a true depiction of what is waiting for you.

Clean, quiet, airy, comfy with all the facilities.

The booking was easy and every question was answered promptly and professionally.

Upon arrival at the property this continued and we had a contact in case we required any further assistance.

We felt at home the moment we walked in, and welcome from our initial inquiry.

Overall the stay & service was excellent.

Miami beach was a lovely 10-15min walk away although there was access to the sea 3 mins away (used by surfers).

We used the local transport from outside the main gates although the bus service is infrequent.

We'd recommend this property to everyone who is looking for a beautiful vacation home, in a lovely location with excellent service by the renter.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Property.

My boyfriend and I have recently come back from the most fantastic 2 weeks in Barbados and this was partly due to the wonderful Cotton Bay Villa. Matt and I have been visiting Barbados for the past 15 years and we finally decided to rent a villa so we could get that 'home away from home' feel. This property exceeded our expectations of this type of holiday. The property is set within a beautiful gated community. The interior is bright and fresh and has the most wonderful kitchen/diner area with quality appliances.It actually makes you want to stay in and cook! The Master bedroom as spacious with a walk in dressing area and a marvelous 4 poster bed! We really loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms came with their own separate bathroom and as it was just the 2 of us we had one each! The location is fantastic particularly if you love surfing ( which my boyfriend does!) You are just a couple of minutes away from Surfers Point which is fantastic if you are up for adventure. If you are more like me and love swimming in the beautiful sea and reading a good book , the fabulous Miami Beach is just a 5 minute walk down the road. Also, for those who enjoy great island cuisine , Cafe Luna is also just a 5 minute walk and Oystins is just 5 minutes in the car. Fish Fry on a Friday is unmissable. The airport is only 15 minutes from the property so you are able to get the house and start enjoying your holiday in record time!

I would recommend this villa to couples, groups of friends and those who really want to feel they are living on this beautiful Island and have the freedom to explore and merge into the local life. If you want to go to tourist areas the Gap is only 10 minutes. We danced the night away on a couple of nights but thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the isolated beach at Freights Bay, drinking a couple of cold banks and enjoying watching the most amazing sunsets.

I have already booked to go back in November and Matt and I both feel that we really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this beautiful, fully equipped property in such a great location and friendly, safe environment. I also look forward to going back when we start a family as this place is ideal for children.

I did feel that a swimming pool would top off the experience but who needs a pool when you have that stunning aqua marine ocean - bliss!

A Perfect Villa in Barbados

We rented the villa for 2 weeks for family and friends. It meet all our expectations and was exactly as described; modern, spacious with full amenties and wi-fi. The villa had everything that we required and much more, it was like being at home but in a beautiful setting. The house is located in a gated area and is very safe. Miami beach is a 15 min walk and approx 20 mins to oistins walking. We hired a car which i think is essential but you can catch the ZR's (mini-cabs) from the main road. The location of Cotton Bay is ideal as you are only a short ride (15 mins) to St Lawrence Gap, 5 mins in car from Oisitns, 15 mins from the airport. I would recommend this villa to anybody and will be using this as my home in barbados in the future.

Beautiful Barbados

We rented this villa for 2 weeks. Me, my partner and 8 month old son stayed there along with Grandma and Papa. The property had loads of room for us all and then some! The facilties were excellent; , good air conditioneing in every bedroom, a huge fridge freezer, all cooking appliances and a TV and music system. The owner provided us with a travel cot which saved us carrying yet more luggage. Whilst there, we had excellent contact with the owners relative should we need anything. It is situated in a gated road with well maintained gardens. The property was cleaned by a maid once a week but you could have more if needed. The house is ideal for families or a group of friends as the 3 bedrooms all have their own bathroom. A car is preferable although the local buses/vans can get you to and from the city. I would recommend this property to others and will most probably return there next year.

The property is located on the South Coast of the island. The nearest beach is Cottonbay which is a 2 minute walk away, ideal for Windsurfing and topping up that tan. It also boast spectacular views of the coastline. The beautiful Enterprise.

Golf: Calling all Golfers of all abilities. The Barbados Golf Clubis a champion golf course officially sanctioned by the European PGA tour. The atmosphere is friendly with attentive staff. It is a 18 hole course with rolling hills, wide open fairways and a series of coral waste bunkers. There is a large lake on 3 holes. The Golf Club's amenities include Terraced Club house which opens on to an expansive and unique triple green. Fantastic Bar & Restaurant, Golf Pro Shop, Electric Carts, Pull trolleys, Shoe and Club rentals, Practice putting and chipping greens, Practice warm-up nets, Tournaments & Group outings. They accept all major Credit cards.
