The holiday home is:

- A single storey villa of 150m2 with 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with bed 200x200 + dressing room and separate toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen and renovated in 2014, 1 common toilet, living room (renovated and enlarged in 2014) and a beautiful terrace with dining area (up to 8 people), and an outdoor lounge (sofa and coffee table) in shimmering colors;

- On the bottom of garden bungalow. During your stay you can use on the outside, protected by a system of sliding panels louvred the walk-in shower, one toilet and bathroom.

This set in the heart of a pleasant garden (15 coconut trees, hibiscus, olive, palm, ylang ylang, frangipani ...) including:

* A large pool where the water is always nice (sunlight and treatment Magnesium) and the temperature varies between 25 ° C during winter Austral and over 30 ° C during the summer Austral.

* An outdoor kitchen: sink, 4 burner and griddle gas, incorporated traditional barbecue

The villa enjoys an excellent location:

- 100m from the fitness trail (for most sports or walks by the sea)

- Less than 10 minutes by bike from downtown St. Paul and its open market.

Villa spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien entretenue (conforme à la description).

Nous avons largement profité du jardin bien entretenu et de la piscine très agréable.

Location à recommander sans restriction.

The villa is located 38km from Roland Garros Airport (Saint-Denis).

From the property you can reach the market of St. Paul (fruits, vegetables, crafts) all day Friday and Saturday morning. To avoid parking problems you can get there in about twenty minutes walk or within 10 minutes by bike.

It will take the same time to reach the city center.
