We rented this property for a long weekend with the family. The apartment is super clean and with the facility of en-suite bathrooms and TVs to all bedrooms was absolutely brilliant. Ample crockery available if you prefer to eat indoors. We would definitely book another stay this year. Brilliant Brilliant !!
You simply can't go wrong with this rental! My husband and I stayed a month and never had a complaint. Philip Tiger is an exceptional host - always willing to help but never intrusive. The apartment is in a location that allows you to walk to over 100 restaurants in 10 minutes or less. A huge indoor market is right at the corner, as well as a few bakeries and little boutiques. The place is very clean. The AC is easy to adjust and windows allow fresh air. WiFi is available, no charge. The kitchen is well-equipped. We made our own meals with no trouble since groceries are so close-by. We only used the one queen bed, but there is a chair in the bedroom that converts to a twin if needed, and the couch pulls out. The Institute of Tours where my husband took classes is one block away. We only rented a car once, to visit chateaux on a long weekend. It is easy to walk to the train station for a 2 hour ride to Paris. The location and the condition of this property is superb! I can't praise our stay here or our host highly enough.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très confortable et très propre. Par ailleurs, très bien situé dans le vieux centre de Tours, et malgré tout au calme.
