Lovely holiday home overlooking the pretty village of Marcillac-Vallon.

Contemporary house on two levels, comfortable, ideally located in the heart of the Vallon, boasting sweeping views of the vineyards and wooded slopes overlooking the beautiful village of dynamic MARCILLAC-Vallon, combining peace and sunshine. Municipal swimming pool 200m. Place of the village at 700m with all shops and a nice market of local products on Sunday morning.

The house has 3 double bedrooms (1 on the ground floor), a mezzanine with lounge, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large living room (kitchen and living room) overlooking the outside by multiple Windows.

Un très bon Séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette belle maison et Marcillac est un village charmant bien situé.

les + Tout y est pour se sentir bien, l'équipement et la cuisine sont très complet.

les - Le wifi qui est absent et les radiateurs d'une autre époque.
