Un acierto

  • 5 of 5

Toltalmente recomendable

Muy recomendable

  • 4 of 5

casa inmejorable

  • 5 of 5

Over my expectations

  • 5 of 5

The house is fabulous, everything fantastic, totally renovated to perfection, making it both comfortable with contemporary fixtures and generous with space but maintaining all glamor and history, vaulted ceilings, attic bedroom with private terrace, upstairs bedrooms have total privacy with its own terrace and downstairs in the garden several areas to enjoy and relax with a cup of coffee, some reading, a place to develop your creativity and imagination, all places are bright, residential area but conveniently close to Barcelona, a few steps from train station and activities.

GENIAL!!

  • 5 of 5

Located on the Mediterranean Sea, about 120 km south of the mountain range of the Pyrenees and the border with France, in a small coastal plain bounded by the sea to the east, west Collserola, the Llobregat river south and north the River Besos. For being the county town of Barcelona, it is often referred to it with the name of Ciudad Condal antonomastic.

Barcelona has hosted several international events that have helped to consolidate and develop and provide global projection. The most relevant are the Universal Exhibition of 1888, the International Exhibition of 1929, the Summer Olympic Games 1992 and the Universal Forum of Cultures 2004. It also hosts the secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean. 6

Today, Barcelona is recognized as a global city for its cultural, financial, commercial and tourist importance. It has one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean and is also an important communications point between Spain and France, due to motorway connections and high-speed train. Barcelona airport was used by more than 37.5 million passengers in 2014. 7

Also we recommend you visit the other provinces in the following order: Girona, Tarragona and Lleida

Girona is surprising, especially I greatly admire Dali and you can not miss the museum of Figueres. And Cadaqués with the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava

Gerona (in Catalan and officially, Girona [ʒiɾonə]) is a Spanish city, capital of the province and the region of Girona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia municipality. Its municipal term limits the north with Sant Julià de Ramis and Sarria de Ter, with Celrá east, southeast with Juyá and Quart, southwest Fornells de la Selva, Vilablareix and Salt, and west to San Gregorio. It is the center of the urban area of Girona and Girona Urban System.

The municipality had 97 198 inhabitants in 2012. 3

Its Old Town or Old Town is one of the most evocative of Catalonia, with unique monumental elements in Europe. It is bounded on the east by the so-called Paseo de la Muralla, the path running around the ancient walls dating from Charlemagne (s. IX) and low medieval (s. XIV and XV). Its monuments include the Jewish quarter (old Jewish Quarter of the best preserved in Spain); and the famous and colorful houses Oñar, and atop the Cathedral, a grand nave, which is the widest in the world in the Gothic style. 4

Tarragona is a city and municipality in southern Catalonia, Spain, capital of the province of Tarragona and the region of Tarragona. During the medieval and the modern, it was the capital of the Veguería of Tarragona.

The municipality has a population of 133 545 inhabitants (INE census to January 1, 2013). Its location at the edge of the Mediterranean in the Costa Dorada, with warm water beaches and recreation centers and historical tradition and heritage
