Overview

About the property

Delicious indipendent typical stone house, in the heart of the borough of Piobbico.

The house is situated at the foot of the famous Castle Brancaleoni (famous medieval building, tourist attraction).

In the garden there is an old wood oven in stone and inside, in the living room, there is also a fireplace (both working). The house is bright and on two floors, each with separate entrance (from street side and garden side).

From the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view over the town and the mountains.

Due to its location among green and forests, Piobbico enjoys a mild climate, even in the hottest months of the summer and of pure air and sparkling, features that make the country one of the most enjoyable of the Umbro-resorts -Marchigiano. The massif of MONTE NERONE thanks to the presence of fluorinated water, mineral water "Santa Maria" and the ability to find nature trails for hiking, trekking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, tennis and other sports in contact with nature, offers tourists a relaxing and rejuvenating.

From Piobbico you can easily reach Urbino, Gradara, San Leo, the Domus of the myth in S. Angelo, while the Adriatic coast is about 50 minutes by car.

Wonderful holiday house with garden in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. It is located directly below a medieval castle - very romantic!

  • 5 of 5
