The exclusive community is enhanced by a peaceful setting with mature oak trees, royal palms and tranquil lake and is just 20 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our pool home is furnished to a very high standard and we offer a comfortable three bedroom two bathroom home, fully carpeted throughout. The main living room has two sofas, coffee table, CD player and TV DVD, overlooking the pool deck and lake beyond. Patio doors open up from the living room to the lanai and pool area where there are tables, chairs and sun loungers. A fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast area, further formal dining area, with wooden flooring overlooking the lake. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans; the third bedroom with Sony Playstation2. The Master bedroom has a KING-size bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a QUEEN-bed whilst the third bedroom has two single beds.
Desk top computer with broadband wireless internet access for guests use.
Pool and Beach Toys: We have an assortment of pool and beach toys in addition to beach chairs and beach loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool and beach.
A cool box is also available for the beach.
Additional Information: Bed linens, shower and hand towels, beach/pool towels, and T-towels are provided.
An assortment of paper-backs, music Cd's, DVD's and PS2 games are available for your enjoyment.
The pool is Solar panel heated. Electric heating for the pool is available for use in the cooler months at an additional £80 ($100) per week if requested.
The double garage up and over door is electrically operated both push button and remote control from the car.
The gas grill BBQ is available at an additional cost of $30 per week paid locally to our on-site manager.
Our local manager resides on hand in the community and will contact you early after your arrival to assist with any questions you may have.

About John and Lynne
Lynne and I have owned this home since its new build as a model home in 2002. We soon began to rent our home as vacation rental with a very successful outcome. Why did we choose this area?? As residents of the United Kingdom, we discovered the Sarasota-Bradenton area quite by chance whilst on a vacation based in Orlando. We fell in love with the area's beaches, in particular those on Anna Maria Island, and all what else the area had to offer. So much so, we bought, never looked back and developed our theme that our home is "easy to find, but difficult to leave!"

Perfect vacation getaway!
This home is perfect for a family vacation. All the amenities are supplied. Games, books, movies, coolers and beach chairs, bikes, and so much more were supplied. We loved the back pool area and the spacious house as there were 5 of us staying there. The home location was perfect with so much to do close by. The house was immaculate too. Thanks for listing your home on Homeaway.com. We will definitely be coming back again soon for another visit!

Everything was simply wonderful!
Everything was simply wonderful. The home was perfect, it was home away from home. The area was lovely. The property manager, Carolyn was so kind and helpful. We truly could not have asked for more! We are already planning on returning to the home next year!

Heaven on Earth!!
Over the years we have rented in areas throughout Europe, the United States and Canada. The standard of most rental properties is usually quite good - but there is often some annoying detail which only becomes evident once you arrive - for example:
the nearest restaurant (five minute walk) has been closed for many years;
Overlooking neighbours can be airbrushed from digital photos;
The empty toiletry press is rarely highlighted.
NONE OF THE FOREGOING APPLY IN THIS CASE!!!!
This is no ordinary rental "property" - it is truly a rental HOME.
The location is perfect. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour away on the highway whilst both Bradenton and Sarasota are just 15 minutes away. Santa Maria island with wonderful beaches is a 30 minute drive.
The house is supremely comfortable and absolutely spotless. No detail is overlooked.
We have never met the owners (John & Lynne) but would have no hesitation in giving their home our highest recommendation.

A truly excellent vacation home
What an excellent vacation home....full of the homely things that you meant to pack but somehow forgot. We believe this property is in an excellent location to reach the Bradenton and Sarasota beaches as well as all the Bradenton and Sarasota shopping Malls have to offer...also near to the I-75 which gets you anywhere in the state quite easily.
Everything is there as is mentioned on the website and the home is scrupulously clean throughout. Excellent pool furniture, toys and for us, the essential lanai (covered area) in which to relax, eat or just get out of the sun for a while.
We were lucky to meet John and Lynne on our final day as they had just arrived....we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and ease to deal with. Perhaps one day we will meet again as we plan to return to their house next year all being well.... for 1st time visitors there is loads to see and do in the area. Just look in the guest books in the house for comments from previous guests and there are more than enough suggestions there.
Thanks again to you both for the use of your Florida home and (trust me folks), you will be pushed to find a better home in a better location in the Bradenton and Sarasota area.

We, supported by our house manager, strive to maintain the house presentation to the highest standards expected by our guests. Hence it was a pleasure to note you found the house "scrupulously clean". Yes, you are quite right that we endeavoured to provide in the house everything that guests may require (and more) to make the holiday all the more enjoyable.

Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere 7 minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theatres. Airports within easy drive to the house are Sarastota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (2 hours) and Orlando Sanford (2 hours) and Tampa which is the nearest major airport being 50 minutes. Downtown Disney can be reached by car in just over an hour whilst Busch Gardens can be reached in around 50 minutes. So peaceful yet close to the action our house is easy to find …… but difficult to leave!!! Other Activities: shopping, eating out, segway hire, theatres, zoo, aquarium Golf: There are numerous golf courses in the locality; the nearest being Peridia a mere 2 miles away. Other golf courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area are 5 miles and upwards away from the house.
Additional information about rental rates
Pool electric heating for the winter months at $100 (£80) per week if required. US$ rate at $950 per week plus 12% Florida taxes Minimum non refundable deposit of US$100 to secure the booking. A security deposit of $150 is required refunded 7 days after departure upon satisfactory inspection of the house.
