About the property

Located in St Nicolas de Veroce, on a quiet plot of 1100m2 with views of the Mont-Blanc, this chalet built in 1813, was completely renovated and redesigned in 2013 to give it to the "flavor of the day" while respecting the spirit of the place.

From a simple style, with natural materials that are related to the country, it exudes an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and reunions.

This fully equipped cottage is ideal for enjoying the ski resort of Megève and Saint-Gervais while enjoying the magic of a typical mountain village at the foot of Mont Blanc.

The rental for the entire winter season is possible.

A beautifully situated chalet that is very peaceful, comfortable and well equipped. Fabulous view

Our 2nd stay in the chalet, the first in july 2016 and now for 3 weeks in jan 2017. We love the chalet because of its situation, it is very comfortable and cosy, is very well equipped and happily accommodates 6 people. The view from the balcony is spectacular - Mt Blanc. It is perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside, with unlimited walking in the summer and skiing from the village in winter - marvellous antiquated chair that links into the St Gervais and Megeve ski areas. As it is so peaceful it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The walk to the village with its village shop and 2 restaurants is only 400m, but you will know about it - steep short slope. The Penz's are delightful and very helpful. We will be back!

A wonderful stay

Au calme face au massif du mont-blanc

Chalet accueillant remarquablement bien rénové avec vue dégagée sur massif du mont-blanc.

Jardin plein sud au calme (chalet au fond d'une impasse).

Plus de vaisselle serait bien.

Terrasse Remontées à 600m.

C'est un authentique chalet savoyard: confortable, chaleureux. Tout y est plus la vue sur Mont-Blanc

Le séjour était très agréable: Le chalet est authentique, aménagé avec tout le confort possible, il est situé au calme face au Mont Blanc. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. En cas de fort enneigement il est préférable de laisser la voiture au parking de l'église, ou de venir avec pneus neige et chaînes car une portion de la route d'accès est raide ( 50 m) mais cela en vaut la peine. L'accès au télésiège se fait sans problème à pied.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans ce Chalet . Les propriétaires sont très avenants et très arrangeants pour la remise des clefs. Merci beaucoup à vous pour cette disponibilité.

Le Chalet se situe en bas d'une côte , il vault donc mieux avoir de bonnes jambes ou une voiture bien équipée en cas de neige. Mais aucun probléme pour les bagages, le propriétaire nous les a descendu sans souci.

Saint Nicolas de Veroce, est un petit village typique et chaleureux . Le domaine est très vaste , aux pistes variées . Ce n'est peut être pas cependant la station idéale pour débuter, mais sinon vous allez vous régaler.
