Why Jacques DUBAN chose Auteuil
This apartment is cosy and well-appointed, in a luxury building. Second floor, with elevator and air conditioning. In a safe area, just 20mn by walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our building is situated in a nice, safe and quiet area near the Seine banks, Eiffel Tower and Bois de Boulogne. We enjoy quality sleep with no noise, delicious bread and croissants for breakfast or brunch thanks to the very best bakeries, a popular sunday morning market, SPAs, restaurants, and well we're close to every attraction of Paris and Versailles!

Pros - Owner was very prompt and helpful with his responses. Apartment is great - spacious, clean and well-equipped. Location is excellent in regards to metro and bus. Having two air-conditioned bedrooms was great.
Cons - A few minor things. Would have liked detailed instructions in English on how to operate the appliances but we figured it out so not a big deal. Air-conditioner in one bedroom was really loud but that's how it is when it's not centralized air-conditioning. We were just happy there was AC.
Overall deserves a 5 star rating.
Thank you Sonal for your comment
We will improve the explanation in English on electrical appliances.
When on air conditioning one of the rooms is totally silent the second to a slight noise but by 107 Fahrenheit it must have been very useful. Very few apartments in Paris are air-conditioned.
Thank you for visiting Paris.
On the west of Paris and close to the metro
The place is spacious, very well kept, and safe.
The two bedrooms have lots of closet space, the beds very comfortable.
The lighting in all the rooms is very good and there is no lack of electrical outlets.
The kitchen is superior: lots of crockery, glasses, cutlery. A washing machine and a drier, a dish washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and more.
Previous occupants leave stuff so, on arriving one doesn't have to stock up on everything. If you finish the coffee get another one.
A couple of minutes away there is a supermarket and 2 boulangeries (I recommend the baguette céréale). And best of all, the open air market on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Sample the cheeses, the fish, the fruit and vegetables.
There are 2 metro stations 5 minutes away and buses pass in front of the house.
A real home away from home.
Thank you Daniel
It was a pleasure to receive you
- relatively quiet neighborhood
- blackout window shades were great to get over jet lag
- AC in the bedrooms
- close to bus stop
- 3 grocery stores nearby
- washer and dryer
- relatively close to metro
- driver Claude was great from the airport (70€)
- kitchen was great
- ran out of toilet paper in one day with no reserves
- water heater runs out of hot water quickly with family of four taking showers
- not centrally located
- AC is only in the bedrooms and one of the makes a dripping noise while it’s on
- toilet can run after you flush it if you don’t make sure it flushed properly
We are always attentive to your comment and thank you.
For the water heater you have a position on the electric meter for the constant heating it is explained in the welcome book that allows you to have hot water constantly for four people
It's just a position to change
.When to paper reserve toillet it is found in cupboards in general.
Sorry for those little misunderstandings
This was the perfect place to stay for a perfect vacation to Paris. The neighborhood was great and the place was clean and perfectly laid out for my family of 4.
it was a pleasure to receive you
Owner/manager attentive to making our stay enjoyable.
The apartment met all my expectations. Especially in a safe place with needed stores close. Like grocery.
If I ever return I will request yours again. And also recommend it for anyone I know traveling to Paris.
