Henri communicates quickly and very nice. The space is small but you have all you needed like a tiny house. The bed is very comfortable. It is also very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and will choose this studio again when we come back in Paris. Would recommend this studio for 1 or 2 travelers.
Good value. Quite small but everything you need including dishwasher. Good internet. Clean place
A perfect spot
Very well located and with everything a person need for a short stay. Perfect for one or two. Clean and comfortable.
A Perfect Apartment for My 10 Day Visit
The Apartment: Everything works well including the heating system, and the futon bed remained comfortable for a 10 day stay. This top floor is very quiet and listening to the rain on the roof made me almost forget how wet and cold Paris was. The view is a classic Aget shot of street and buildings from above. The owner is readily available and yet unobtrusive.
The Location: In addition to being close to the "Grands Boulevards" metro, it is a 10 minute and very interesting food and wine shopping walk from the "Cadet" stop on the 7 line. The #7 Tram line from Orly and Rungis connect with it for a 2-ticket, interesting and no sitting in traffic, metro fare in from the airport. For walkers in Paris it is about equidistant from Montmarte and the Palais Royale, and Galleries Lafayette and Les Halles. With the two metro lines to choose from, Paris becomes a very easy city to get around in. The 9eme is very animated with many different kinds of ethnic restaurants, grocery stores, and lots of "passages" to explore. it is also one of the least expensive neighborhoods in Paris -- A three course dinner with a glass of wine for $20.00, anyone?
Yes, it is very small for longer stays with two people, but it would be a great base to rent for the beginning and end of a trip that includes other parts of France or Europe for that matter.
I once lived in Paris for an extended period of time and have visited over 30 times since 1968, and if this apartment is available, I will rent it again on future visits.
And, of course but who's counting, the price is unbeatable.
This apartment is in a wonderful location close to restaurants, metro and shopping. Within walking distance to so many Paris sites. We enjoyed our stay but the studio is small, especially the bathroom.
Séjour super sympa. Le logement est très bien agencé. Tout y est. On est comme à la maison. Le propriétaire est courtois. Logement propre et super bien situé. Expérience à renouveler. Merci Mr Henri.☺
