There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a luxury sofabed (doublebed) and storage cupboards and high quality flat screen TV/DVD and HiFi with english Satelite TV BBC, ITV and Sky news etc and Wifi Adsl internet access. There are large windows and West facing outlook the livingroom is a lovely afternoon suntrap - there are 2 Juliet balconies.The bedroom has a King size double bed and large storage cupboards.There is a spacious shower-room with walk-in shower.On entry you have a modern and bright kitchen (with full facilities, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine)This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout. It has 'Juliet' balconies in livingroom and bedroom (to be able to stand on) - It overlooks gardens and church - the apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasent views from its semi/balcony windows This is a very nice apartment indeed - and an ideal base for couple looking to spend time in a quality apartment.
This apartment comes with linens and towels and main bed made-up for 2 persons.

This property is in a quiet street adjacent to Rue Massina. The building is in very good decorative order and includes a lift.
The apartment has been well maintained and includes all modern equipment and fittings. There is a good aspect from the apartment on to a park and Church.
Close by is a boulangerie and mini supermarket and in the building next door a Haute Cuisine restaurant.

Ideal location within easy walks of the beach, restaurants, train station, old town and shops. A beautifully maintained building and the apartment had all that we needed. We would certainly return.

Explore Nice from this well located apartment
This apartment is in a clean and well maintained " Nicoise" style building as shown in the photographs. The apartment is well equipped and as advertised. The location is excellent as it overlooks a small park which provides a sense of privacy from neighbouring buildings. This location also provides easy access to the central shopping area, the pedestrian zone with its many restaurants and shops and the Promenade is only three blocks away.

Flat was as described. Easily rented over the internet, apartment keys easily obtained. It was ready as promised, although we arrived from the USA very early. Excellent location, close to public transportation and restaurants.Issues: another towel or two would be nice. The refrigerator and freezer were iced up. It took us a while (since we are not used to European electonics) to figure out how some things work.
Very light and airy. Quiet after 6:00 PM.
Will rent there again.
