Very disappointed with babies cot more like a playpen mattress would never pass British standard it was lovely to have toys for Children to play with also sliding doors out to the balcony need to have warning signs on as they are clear glass and children banged into them when closed also needed to have written instructions of how to use oven cooker et not enough bed linen was provided had to ask for more we also had a problem with keys to front door when we phoned Alina it went to answerphone and she never returned our calls had to chase her to get out damage deposit back finally the gentleman came at about 11pm The flat is a lovely size and was very happy with the extra railings on the balcony location is excellent near to supermarket beach buses also kitchen was well-stocked with plates knives folks pots and pans glassesfinally you need to have somebody that you can call and would answer if you have an emergency with a flat

nice and convenient place to visit israel

We have been warmly welcomed by the owner's niece.

The flat is very nice, with shops around and a kid's playground. The beach is accessible on foot or by car.

As there is a car park, we have been able to tour israel with our rented car.

Ashkelon is a very convenient place as it is central with easy access to the main roads to visit the country. We have even been on a one day tour in Eilat. This wouldn't have been possible if we had stayed in a city like Haifa. It is near Tel Aviv (45 Min), Jerusalem (1h15) and Netanya (1h). It took us roughly 3 hours to go to Eilat.

We would definitely recommend this flat : nice apartment, affordable price, nice people and good location.

Great apartments for great price

Отличные апартаменты за приемлемую цену. Большая и просторная квартира с террасой с видом на море. Приятный и спокойный интерьер. Мебель икея. В квартире было всегда прохладно. Кондиционером не пользовались (он центральный). На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, тостер, кофеварка, посудомойка, эл.плита и духовка, стир машинка и сушилка. На террасе барбекю. Подземный паркинг, много магазинов поблизости в пешей доступности. Есть детский стульчик и кроватка.

Из минусов: Телевизор со спутн.антенной и только французскими каналами. Холодильник нуждается в ремонте (он подтекал внутри, пришлось ставить миску, чтобы собирать воду). Была сломана крышка унитаза (вся сантехника достаточно старая). На террасе нужен козырек или зонт не от солнца, а от гадящих птиц. До чистого пляжа примерно 1 км пешком.

Clean, well equipped spacious apartment

The apartment is equipped with all the essentials needed, it is spacious and clean. The location is just a short walk from Ashkelon beach and there are plenty of shops nearby. The only downside is that there are no English speaking TV channels, it would have been good to have had the BBC news at least. Overall, we would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit großzügiger Aufteilung. Sehr angenehm sind die vielen Hilfsmittel, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und besonders die Kaffeemaschine, die ich hier nicht erwartet hatte. Es ist sehr angenehm, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, da hier immer ein leichter Wind vom Meer her geht.

Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.
