Relaxation and calm assured in this independent villa refurbished in 2013, place RASTEAU (VAUCLUSE). The house is located on a plot of 400 m2 fully fenced.
Private pool (exclusive use) 5 X 4. Barbecue.
Rasteau is a very pretty village, it will seduce you, you can discover not far from here other typical Provençal villages (Séguret, Gigondas ...) to taste the greatest wines (Rasteau Chateauneuf du pape,) ... you will be able to stroll in the markets of Vaison-la Romaine, Orange ... Many walks are offered to you, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Mont Ventoux, the city of the Popes Avignon and its festival, vaison the Roman and its ancient vestiges ..

Perfect place to relax
We stayed at Les Belles Balades for 5 weeks and loved every minute of it.
Isabelle was waiting for us when we arrived and she gave us a tour of the house and explained how everything worked.
The house is perfectly well appointed, it has everything one needs from cooking utensils to serving platters to iron and ironing board.
There were plenty of towels and linens.
The pool and terrace are fantastic. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The weather was perfect and we had dinner on the terrace just about every day.
One day our BBQ stopped working so we messaged Isabelle and the next day she brought and installed a new one.
The Boulanger/bakery is about a block away and his pain rustique is fantastic. Buy your pain au chocolate, walk a few meters and sit at the and the main plaza cafe to enjoy it with a wonderful cappuccino. You will feel you are in a French movie.
Rasteau is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and we took fantastic walks. All the paths are makes and easy to follow. Go to the tourist office in the main plaza and Sophie will give you all the information you'll need. On Fridays the tourist office offers an excellent informative walk around the vineyards which will help you get located.
Vaison-la-Romaine is 10 minutes away. It has many restaurants, a medieval village, supermarkets and their morning Tuesday market is not to be missed!
Biking, tennis and even ping pong were within easy reach. The neighbors and town people are very friendly and if you want to practice your French they will gladly chat with you.

Modern spaious house with a fanatstic view
The house situated in Rasteau is in perfect location for Cote du Rhone Vilage vinyards and domanies, and also for Vaison-la-Romaine. The property is spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped. The view over Dentelles is fantastic. There is a bakery, bar, convenience shop and a pizzeria/restaurant in few minutes' walking distance. Would love to visit again.
Fairy Tale Setting and Beautiful House
We spent 4 weeks in September/October 2016 at this beautiful house in Rasteau. The setting is magnificent. It has 90 degree views over the valley. Mt.Ventoux, the Dentelles and numerous villages are visible from the house. Rasteau is charming and with few tourists. There are endless hiking trails through the vineyards with breathtakingly beautiful views to the south and north. Unlike other parts of Provence, no vineyards are fenced, no trails or roads blocked and hiking is possible throughout the area for kilometers in all directions.
The house is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs and all in working order. Evenings we grilled by the pool overlooking the valley. The bakery is 3 minutes walking distance and makes the most delicious croissants and pain chocolat aux amandes.
Markets abound, with the one in Vaison La Romaine being the largest. One can visit a market nearby any morning of the week.
The owners, Isabelle and Eric were a delight. They responded to all our inquires in a prompt and professional manner. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous house and setting.

A little piece of Paradise.....
We have just returned home after two and a half weeks in this lovely villa in Rasteau. The location of Les Belles Balades was wonderful with breathtaking views over the vineyards to the Dentelles de Montmirail which looked magnificent whatever the time of day. The gite is clean and well furnished with all household appliances in excellent working order. The swimming pool was more than welcome in temperatures that reached 35 degrees and after some lovely walks into the surrounding countryside. Isabelle is a very kind and discreet host and we thank her for her welcome.
We could have stayed even longer but will just have to book for next year and repeat this amazing experience.

très belle vue ; bien située dans le village , bien équipée ; nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ; accueil très bien
La terrasse est conforme aux photos de l'annonce : elle offre une vue magnifique ! La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et les propriétaires sont très serviables. Le village est tranquille et charmant, à proximité des sites touristiques. Bref c'est une maison de vacances idéale.

la caution est demandée en chèque, ou espèce à l’arrivée ,l'acompte/arrhes à la réservation par virement 30%, solde à payer à l'arrivée ( espèces ou chèque de banque français certifier) pas de carte bancaire, pas de chèque étranger) en effet il faut 15 à 20 jours ouvrés minimum avant qu'un chèque normal soit rejeté et nous avons rencontre des problèmes l'an dernier... le prix de la location tiennent comptent de ces conditions de paiement ) remise des clés par le propriétaire .
