Bring earplugs!

The studio was quite small, although there were only the two of us. It was well-equipped and reasonably clean except for the balcony area, which had suffered from the visitations of numerous pigeons and was not a nice place to sit out on. The main problem for me was the constant noise from the ventilation shaft and a neighbouring apartment, whose occupant enjoyed playing music late into the night and early hours of the morning. I didn't sleep well at all, despite using earplugs! The owner did offer to send a plumber out for the ventilation noise but we didn't want to wait in and waste our holiday time and I couldn't see how a plumber would be able to rectify the problem anyway. If you are a good sleeper then this apartment might suit you. It is near to the beach and has restaurants and food shops nearby. There is a large fold out bed in the main living area and another bed tucked into the entrance area. Both beds were comfortable.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comment the apartment is identical to the description in the ad. and is not smaller or larger than the description (Families of 4 people come to stay and do not complain about this) Regarding the pigeons, there are some at the moment and we are looking for a solution within the residence to prevent these pests come on the balconies. the solution is about to be found, With regard to ventilation noise, it is a ventilation control (VMC) between the kitchen and the bathroom, and a plumber could have solved this problem, because it did after your departure and it seems to me that the day after your arrival, he contacted you to make an appointment with you, but you were not available. I do not know what else we could do. I still apologize for this deagrement even if I think that, as you have told me by telephone message, you are excessively sensitive to noise, and you only have to see it, since you are the first ones to get rid of it, but we will take into account your comment, to improve that Traduction en Français: merci pour votre commentaire l'appartement est identique à la description faite dans l'annonce. et n'est pas plus petit ou plus grand que la description (des familles de 4 personnes viennent loger et ne se plaignent pas de cela) Concernant les pigeons, il y en a en ce moment et nous sommes en train de chercher une solution au sein de la residence pour éviter que ces nuisibles viennent sur les balcons. la solution est sur le point d'etre trouvée, Pour ce qui est du bruit de ventilation, il s'agit d'un réglage de la ventilation (VMC) entre la cuisine et la salle de bain, et un plombier aurais pu regler ce probleme, car il l'a fait suite à votre départ et il me semble que le lendemain de votre arrivée, il vous a contacté pour prendre rendez vous avec vous, mais vous n'etiez pas disponible. Je ne vois pas ce que nous pouvions faire de plus. je m'excuse encore pour ce deagrement meme si je pense que comme vous m'avez dit par message telephonique, vous etes excessivement sensible du bruit, et il n'y a qu'a voir, puisque vous etes les premiers à vous palindre de cela, mais nous allons tenir compte de votre commentaire, pour ameliorer cela

A lovely week of sun and sea!

My family had a lovely week in the Cote D'Azur area. Jeremy's apartment was adequate to our needs in size and ideally located for public transport, beach front and Tourism Office. The swimming pool was nice and never too busy for our comfort. The Wi-Fi in the apartment worked very well also. For those big into cooking big meals the 2 ringed electric hob wouldn't suffice, but was fine for breakfast and light meals. Jeremy was there to greet us on our late arrival and had plenty of time to show us around. He let it known also, to help us with any queries we might have during our stay. We were so grateful to him on our date of departure, in allowing us to stay in the apartment until late into the evening to accommodate our late flight home! I would suggest to travelers to check out Uber as an alternative to a taxi from the Airport, as it was one third of the minimum taxi fee of €35 when we were returning for our flight home. We departed from our holiday with the feeling of wanting to return!

Fantastic

We( myself my wife and two boys 9 and 7)just back from Cagnes Sur Mar. We had fantastic time from the weather to the flat and meeting Jeremy and Arielle. The flat location was brilliant, well equipped and comfortable very convenient to the beach, shop and very good swimming pool within the residence. 3 minutes walk to train station, but the most important the pleasant and friendly manner of Jeremy and Arielle toped the comfort of our stay. Already trying to work out my dairy to find a date to return ;).

Excellent stay

We stayed in the apartment as a family (parents with 17-year old young man). The apartment turned out to be spacious enough and sufficiently equipped to make our stay comfortable. Initially we thought it would be too small for us (as a house inhabitants we are used to large space). Nothing farther from the truth! Location excellent - close proximity to the pool which was a daily routine for us. As a matter of fact we didn't swim in the sea... The owners are very kind and responsive. When the date of our stay approached we stayed in close touch and exchanged emails daily since we had a lot of questions for which we always have received responses. Also, Jeremy oganized that we were picked up at the airport which was extremely convenient. We think seriously about coming back next year.

Farfait !!!

L’appartement est conforme aux photos,propre et il est idéalement situé à quelques pas de la mer.

La résidence est calme et sécurisée.

Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour nous faciliter les choses et arrangeants.

Dommage que les températures du mois de Novembre nous ont empêchés de profiter de la belle piscine.
