Due to unobstructed seaviews this Apartment enjoys, it feels like being on a Cruise Ship, even indoors. Each room leads onto the 35 meter long seaview terrace. Apartment enjoys open views of the Mediterranean, St. Paul's Islands and the island of Gozo beyond. Only 5 minutes walk from Bugibba Main Square which overlooks the same bay with a safe swimmers'zone perimeters. Perched Sandy Beach across the street. For those who need a more relaxed holiday, you can fish, swim, sunbathe or enjoy boat trips to Comino and other places in the morning, and take a stroll along the 2km long seafront promenade in the evenings. ALSO IDEAL IN WINTER FOR PEOPLE COMING FROM COLDER COUNTRY WHO WANT TO GET AWAY FROM THE COLD WEATHER, as our December-January-February temperatures range from +12 to +15 degrees Celcius in the morning.
I have always lived in Malta and my parents have been in the holiday rental accommodation business before me. But since my Dad was growing old, I gladly took over the reservation business myself about 12 years ago. All my life, I have grown up mingling with tourists who frequented my Dad's seafront holiday apartments and many times he brought them over to our house for a family dinner, as most of our clients ended up becoming his friends as well. I also remember him taking his clients to see interesting historical places in Malta, and I accompanied him on many of these tours. So I was happy to take over the business myself when the time was ripe.

My father passed down this unique seafront land to myself and my 2 brothers upon his retirement. I have frequented Bugibba myself many, many times both as a child and as I grew up, and I have even spend many summers in one of my Dad's holiday apartments in the past.
I must admit that I am very happy to be the proud owner of such a luxury apartment with outstanding, panoramic seaviews. The 35 meter long seafront terrace with its outdoor table and chairs, and 2 sunbeds makes it such a desirable place. We are so centrally located, and within walking distance to all that Bugibba has to offer. The beach and the 2 km Bugibba Seafront Promenade is right on our doorstep. What more would you ask for !!! It is one unique place.
This was a modern, clean and fabulous apartment. It's in a great location close to restaurants, transport and shops. Josette was very helpful and considerate when we arrived and were leaving. It was an added bonus to wake up to stunning views every morning!!
This property is amazing. Clean, modern, spacious, central, close to public transportation and with the most amazing view. We loved it.
We all enjoyed this apartment so much. It was spotlessly clean throughout, and best views over St Paul's Bay from a massive balcony and the large picture windows, excellent position for all local amenities. Internally is very spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and equipped with everything you need, 3 double sized bedrooms all with lots of storage space and access to the balcony, a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and washer/ dryer plus an en suite shower room, there is also wifi connection. From first contact Josette, the owner, was very friendly and always replied quickly to emails and always on hand if needed. We would highly recommend this luxury apartment and will return. Thank you Josette for us letting stay in your lovely apartment and the airport transfers, we will defiantly stay again.
Un séjour très agréable à Bugibba. Un accueil très chaleureux de Josette, tout avait été anticipé: accueil à l'aéroport, heure d'arrivée à Bugibba.....Appartement très propre, une vue sur le front de mer dont on ne se lasse pas. Confort des pièces mais aussi autour de l'appartement tout ce qu'il faut : restaurants - location de voiture - commerces - arrêt de bus - et la mer++++ Merci Josette location que nous recommandons. Nous avons séjourné à 6 personnes pendant 1 semaine.
Our quite a large family was very pleased to stay our holiday at this apartment. There were room enough for us and everything was nice and clean. The area is restful and because the sea was nearby and the sun was shining all the time, we were very happy. The owner provide good service and everything was like she said.
On arrival we met the owner Josette, very friendly and accommodating. This apartment had one of the best views in Bugibba, I would not stay anywhere else again as this was the perfect spot. My mum said she was in heaven.
From the airport, follow directions for St. Paul's Bay (Bugibba) in the North East of Malta. Journey only takes 30 minutes by car. Direct Bus X3 from Airport also available.
Bus Stop nearby going direct to Valletta, Mosta, Naxxar, Mater Dei Hospital, Splash and Fun Water Park & Mediterraneo Marine Park (where you can swim with the dolphins), Sliema, St Julians, Mellieha Sandy Beach, Cirkewwa (Gozo Ferry), Rabat (Buskett Gardens), Ta' Qali Crafts Village, Attard, Airport, Wardija Countryside and others.
Various Water Sports, boat trips to Comino and St. Paul's Islands from Bugibba Jetty. Day Tours to various historical and other places of interest around Malta and Gozo. Also other Adventurous Tours, even fishing trips. Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Swimming, Sunbathing, Discos, Night Life with Karoake in summer - in some places, Oracle Casino and Gaming (200m away) and also Cinema nearby. Visit Wignacourt Tower, Old Fishing Wharf and the Classic Car Museum, all situated in Bugibba. Bar-B-Qs and Buffets in nearby hotels. Mediterranean and International Cuisine in nearby restaurants. Bingo, Discos, Singers & Animators in the evening in nearby hotels which allow non-residents to join in the fun. The Malta National Aquarium with 26 fish tanks has recently opened along the Bugibba Promenade, and is less than 10 minutes walk away. Splash and Fun Water Park only 1 bus ride away. Mellieha Sandy Beach and the Gozo Ferry in Cirkewwa can be reached in 30 minutes by bus. Bugibba is also very close to the rural areas of Wardija and Mellieha (both can be reached by bus in 30 minutes). These offer interesting country and scenic walking trails in Spring, Autumn and Winter. The popular resort of St. Julians which is a mecca for nightlife is only a 20 minute drive away. Fitness Clubs, Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools and Beauty Parlours in nearby hotels which also accept non-residents for a small fee.

Guests need to pay for consumption cost of water and electricity during their stay, since the apartment comes with both air-conditioning and Jacuzzi bath. However if guests want to economize, they can use the ceiling fans that we have in every room instead of air-conditioning. Also, they could just take showers instead of using the Jacuzzi bath, in order to economize on water. Key pick up with owner.
€200 Deposit per week's accommodation is requested upon arrival. This serves both as a Security Deposit and also as a deposit on water and electricity consumption, since the apartment comes with air-conditioning and also Jacuzzi bath. Electricity and Water Meters read upon arrival and again before departure. Total water & electricity consumed during your stay, and the cost of any damages made to apartment are deducted out of the Security Deposit of €200 deposit and settlement is made accordingly prior to departure.
Changeover day is flexible. You may stay as long as you like in the apartment if no one happens to be checking in on that same day. However, if we have other guests coming on the same day, you would be required to check-out after breakfast.
Notes on prices:
From 1st January to 30th April 2017, at €75 per apartment per night, sleeping from 1-7 Adults/Children.
From 1st May to 31st October 2017, at €120 per apartment per night, sleeping from 1-7 Adults/Children.
From 1st November to 31st December, at €75 per apartment per night, sleeping from 1-7 Adults/Children.
An Additional Baby Bed is also provided upon request at no extra cost and upon request only.
