The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom across the hallway. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area adjacent to the kitchen with ski slope and creek views.
We are located just 125 yards to Vail Resorts Ski School and Day Care. Another 50 yards and you are at the highspeed Quicksliver lift.

About Justin Meschler
My wife and I love to take active vacations with our two little girls. Prior to purchasing our home away from home at Waterhouse, some of our best family vacations were in Breckenridge. When we saved enough to purchase a vacation home, it was clear we wanted to spend most of our vacation time in Breckenridge. I love to stay active, including biking and skiing. I mostly enjoy watching my young daughters learn to ski and watch them rapidly progress to better and better skiers every year. I also enjoy cooking and eating out at unique and interesting restaurants. I enjoy a nice wine and a well crafted beer on occasion as well.

Why Justin Meschler chose Breckenridge
Waterhouse is the perfect location for our family. We can easily walk to the ski school and ski nursery and drop off our children in the morning and then get on the Quicksilver lift. The Main Street Station area with the Quicksilver lift is the only area of the Breckenridge mountain that services beginner runs with a high speed lift. For expert skiers like myself, the top of the Quicksilver gets you immediately to the high speed Falcon Chair which services the most groomed black diamond runs of any chair. The Falcon chair also gives numerous choices for double black and other challenging terrain. We are one of the few locations in Breckenridge that allow you to walk to most of the nicest restaurants in town while still being just steps to the ski slopes. Some of my favorite restaurants are less than a block away. The Breckenridge Brewery is across the street, the Quandry Grill is next to our ski valet, Mi Casa is a half a block away and the Swiss Haven is just a block down Main Street.
What makes this Condo unique
Our Unit faces away from the street providing a peaceful quiet stay. We have ski slope, creek and mountain views from the living room and balcony. Waterhouse provides a ski valet where you can store your boots and skis just a short walk from the base of the Quicksilver lift.

Lovely unit but needs some maintenance
Lovely unit would have been more enjoyable if the washing machine worked correctly, tv connection went in and out, we had 5 adults but only got one parking space. Upon arrival there were 5 lights burnt out so we had to call for maintenance right away. After 5 days the washing machine was still not fixed. We thought we had complimentary housekeeping which turned out to be only one day. The lighting in the rooms is not enough. The hot tub was under maintenance.
Overall the unit is lovely but needs some maintenance with the lights, tv and washing machine.
Superb location and accommodations.

There are many reasons to love Waterhouse. Primary is its location. Waterhouse is nestled in the Main Street Station complex on Maggie Pond. In the winter it is less than 0.1 miles from the QuickSilver lift on Peak 9 which accesses all peaks. This is also where you can purchase tickets, ski lessons, and meet up with skiers if you choose to not ski. Also convenient is the ski school and day care which is just below the lift.
Year round enjoy the building's close proximity to Main Street with its excellent restaurants, retailers, and boutiques. There are many festivals throughout the year including a Beer Festival, Mardi Gras Parade, Snow Sculpture Competition, US Pro Cycling Challenge, and Taste of Breck. It is nice to be able to easily walk to everything that's happening in town while still having a view on the mountain. Of course you can always use the complimentary shuttle if you choose.
Your reservation includes membership in the Pioneer Club with access to a gym, 6 hot tubs, a heated pool and ski valet. The ski valet is adjacent to the Quandary Grill for great apres ski as well as lunch and dinner.
There are many wonderful amenities. Check in is at the front desk of Main Street Station and is hotel style in which you get your keys and parking pass. From there you proceed to the heated underground parking garage and to an area specifically for the WaterHouse building which is steps from the elevator. The front desk is staffed 24/7 if you should have any issues or need any advice while you are Breck. They will even loan you a sled or crockpot! Daily hotel style housekeeping is available for an additional charge for guests that want this convenience but is not at all required.
