A 88 m2 three/four rooms flat , spacious and refined, classified ' meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles', very bright, with a view of the sea and on a pleasant garden. The terrace will allow you to take advantage of the sweetness of the climate.
Any comfort : internet, telephone, washing machine, tumble-dryer, refrigerator, freezer, TV, hi-fi, etc.. The housework will be done. Sheets, hand towels and linen are supplied. Private garage.
You could walk to the Museums of Cimiez (Matisse museum, archaeological museum and Chagall museum), to the franciscan monastery and several gardens (garden of the monastery and its magnificent rose garden, the garden of arenas and its olive grove, garden Bellanda).
You could go shopping (there are many shops : grocer's shops, bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket etc.) and could find all the conveniences (post, hairdresser, bank, newsagent, pharmacy and medical and paramedical offices etc...)
Several bus lines will allow you to cross the city to visit the Old Nice, Masséna square, the Promenade des anglais and the district of the port. You can reach the beach by bus.
In all season you can make many excursions in the hinterland of Nice ;

My husband and I stayed at this appartment in Nice for 2 months. This is a very spacious appartment with gorgeous views of the Med and trees. The owner, Corinne, is very nice, very helpful and answers any concerns very quickly. She has enough English to be able to communicate with my husband. The area is lovely and safe but there are no conveniences like a boulangerie etc. But there is a good Monoprix within a 10 minute walk. We really enjoyed the 2 parks within 5 minutes walk of the appartment and the 2 museums. All in all we had a great time at this appartment. Thank you Corinne!

Nice view of Nice bay

The location is good, a short walk to bus stops down into the town and old city. There is a lack of shops in the area, a small "corner shop" but no backery that we could find near by. The garage spot was fine for a medium sized car. The apartment itself is OK, has all you need, kitchen with plates, cutlery, pots and pans (all old or cheap but usable, although the first three plates I took out needed cleaning before use), dining table, sofa, TV (not that we used them). Very nice balcony with table and chairs and sun shades, plus a great view. Bathroom was old but again useable, no shower but a hand held attachment in the bath. Separate toilet. 3 bedrooms, due to a change in plans within our group we ended up only using the front bedroom. The bed base was broken but was quickly repaired by our hostess (many thanks). It had the feel to me of an inherited place that is being rented out while they decide what to do with it, a bit like staying in an old maiden aunts house. It is full of old furnisher ( that you're told you can't use as it's "fragile" or "broken"), overall I had expected something a bit more up-kept, cared for and less cluttered. We really only used the bedroom, bathroom/toilet and the balcony (and the kitchen to make tea). The hostess and her son were friendly and helpful.

Superbes vacances dans ce bel appartement .

Appartement très spacieux . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de notre charmante hôtesse , le confort , la vue du grand balcon sur le port de Nice , le calme de l'environnement , la situation près des Arènes et des musées, le parking privé en sous-sol . Un séjour , en somme , très agréable .
