A large, cool and secure Apartment on the First Floor of a small Block of only 4 Units. Both Bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. The Apartment is secured with wrought Iron, so doors and windows can be left permanently open even when you go out.
There is a large Lounge/Dining Room which opens fully onto a Double Balcony with soft seating and Gas Barbeque, overlooking the Garden and Swimming Pool.
The Master Bedroom has an en-suite Bathroom - there is a second Bathroom in the Hallway. Electronic Safe. The Kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer/Ice Maker, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and small Appliances.
Direct TV, DVD, HDMI, CD and iPod Player. Private Car Park.

Mullins Beach is a 4 minute walk down the road. Shopping Facilities in nearby Speightstown or Holetown.
Casablanca is not suitable for small children because the Pool is unattended and does not have a shallow end. Children should be 5 years or older and should be able to swim

Location: Mullins is on the beautiful West Coast in St Peter north of Holetown and just south of Speightstown.
The Apartment is in a small Development of only 4 Units, located approx. 300 meters from Mullins Beach in a quiet Cul-de-sac with mainly residential Houses. (You do NOT hear the Buses on the Coast Road!)
Mullins Beach is one of the nicest small Beaches on the West Coast and has a famous Beach Bar and Restaurant. It connects to Gibbs Beach, which is secluded and quieter than the other Beaches.
Restaurants, Supermarkets and Shopping can be found in nearby Speightstown or Holetown.
Golf Courses close by are Sandy Lane - Two 18 hole Courses and One 9 hole Course

Myself and young kids had the most relaxing stay at this spacious and homely apartment. It really was like staying in a loved home - not a rental apartment, as it is decorated to a high standard with all modern conveniences, even some flippers and cool bag to borrow. There was a fantastic maid service that helped with laundry and keeping everything as fresh as when we arrived. The pool and garden were kept in pristine condition and loved by our kids. It was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The local beach - 5 minute walk away - is my favourite on the island and perfect for families and safe for young kids, the sand is also fine and perfect too. There are frequent buses from here to get you pretty much everywhere on the island so you don't even need to hire a car - but if you do - everything was taken care of as part of the apartment rental 5 Star care provided to ensure we had a fantastic welcoming stay. I will be coming again - I would give my highest recommendation to all.
We just loved this place and plan to return next year for a longer stay. A week is just not long enough to enjoy all that Barbados has to offer.
This was our second stay at Casablanca but our first in this apartment. Barbados is an amazing place and we just love Mullins. The apartment is fantastic the attention to detail from Harald is brilliant, you don't have to worry about buying any kitchen items (eg dishwasher tabs kitchen roll) We loved the fridge with ice and water. Our favorite place to sit in the evenings with a rum and coke was on the balcony. The BBQ was very useful and we used this a lot. I love the way you can leave the doors and windows open to get the cool breeze though the very spacious apartment. Juliate who looks after the apartment was fantastic her knowledge of the island was very useful and she is a lovely lady and added to our special holiday. We will definable be back.
The property is perfect for a self catering vacation.
Spacious and well equipped down to the last detail - the only thing missing was a citrus fruit squeezer.
Bedrooms are particularly comfortable and being on the first floor affords you privacy when required whilst being able to socialise with neighbouring occupants as and when you choose.
Nearby beaches at Mullins and Gibbs are 2 of the best on the island, Spightstown is fascinating and Holetown not too far for a shopping trip.
The Island has plenty of places to eat and for the contrast of authentic versus fine dining try Bombas against The Fish Pot.
We like it so much we have been back 4 times in 5 years.
Our stay in Harald's apartment was impeccable.
It was set up so perfectly that everywhere you turned he had already thought of that thing you were looking for (including a coffee grinder!).
The bed was so comfortable
There is the use of the laundry out back
Awesome option of a driver to pick you up in style and take you back to the airport
Harald was the best communicator
Perfect walking distance to the beach and to get a bus into either close by town
The best Kitchen totally set up with everything
Fridge with water and ice dispenser
Decor was so tropical and fresh

I don't even know where to begin! By far, this property is the best we have rented. It's absolutely stunning. Right from the beginning Harald was fantastic to work with. He certainly gives a sense of security and comfort that comes from his availability, his knowledge and pleasant personality.
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the caretaker and hostess were there to meet us. (Waterman and Claudette) They were fantastic - taking pride in their workmanship and treating everyone so well.
The apartment is exactly as it is presented. The balcony to the back of the unit is just magnificent, you can sit there for hours taking in the scenery and serenity of the small complex. The pool is definitely a great feature, a nice place to relax after a hard day the beach. This apartment has absolute everything you need. The kitchen was so well stocked I didn't realize I was away from home! I loved having our own BBQ (grill) - fantastic to cook your dinner.
The location, for us, was wonderful. We had a car and I would recommend one, but if you plan on plunking yourself down here you can use the local buses and get anywhere you need to. Mullins beach was just up the street, maybe a 5 minute walk.
There were monkeys on the property - they were fun to watch in the mornings. Turtles can be found at Worthing Beach. Groceries of all sorts at the Supermarket or Jordan's. We also stopped at Posh Nosh to pick up a few items.
We absolutely loved this property. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Oh yes, least I forget, Barbados was spectacular! I think it's just become one of my favourite Caribbean vacation spots!
We were very, very happy with our 2 month rental and especially with how the owner, Harald, treated us! The property was lovely, quiet and very convenient to beaches and all activities. It provided a perfect place to explore the wonderful Island of Barbados. The brand new kitchen allowed us to have wonderful meals at home. We blended drinks for cocktails by the pool and the ice maker/water on the refrigerator was often put to great use. We shopped at Super Center for our Angus Steaks cooked to perfection on the outdoor grill. We read on the patio and exercised daily in the pool. We used the very well equipped exterior laundry room. Every thing was very neat and fairly clean. As an owner, Harald is amazing! He is responsive and has great pride of ownership as well as pride in Barbados. His information on the island in his "green" book as well as the on line documents got us off to a great start exploring. There is also a "how to operate" book for every appliance. The apartment is very spacious and very well stocked and organized. There are chairs for the beach, a yoga mat,games, books...too much to list. Great TV. Wireless. The Western exposure provided very nice afternoon sun. We only used the AC at night as there are some mosquitos. We would definitely recommend this to a friend and plan to return!!! Wish we could keep this as our little secret. (Note to US folks...Netflix will not work in Barbados but we were able to use Apple TV for other purposes.) We still love Fish Pot and Tides and found a number of wonderful smaller local places with really great food and modest prices (those are our secrets). We love buying local fruits and vegetables at the various stands. Trident Wines is a very professional and excellent source and delivery is available as it is for some of the grocery sources. If you are really into photography/sightseeing do not miss St. Nicholas Abbey (especially on days they are processing sugar cane) and Hunte's Gardens! There are spectacular views at the Animal Flower Cave and Cherry Tree Hill Road and then of course the wonderful Bathsheba area is not to be missed. Harrison's Cave is expensive and a bit commercial but still a good experience especially for cave lovers. If you are a golfer...Apes Hill is spectacular and you can get a lovely lunch there after you play as well as a few Banks Beers! We enjoyed swimming with the Turtles and the "Good Times" catamaran.
The Apartment 'Casablanca' is located at Mullins Bay - in a quiet cul-de-sac Palm Grove, Mullins, St Peter on the West Coast of the Island. There are only 4 Apartments which share the Pool and Garden. You walk only 300 m down the road to Mullins Beach!
Bus Stations 300 m away on the Coast Road - 3 mins to Speightstown - 10 mins to Holetown (Excellent Supermarket and other Shopping)
The nearest Restaurant is 'Mullins Beach Bar' 300 m away, on the Beach , many other Restaurants close by in Speightstown and on the Coast Road
