Our 140 m² apartment is located on charming Josefstaedterstrasse from where you can see St. Stephen's, a short stroll away from City Hall and Parliament yet cosy and quietly overlooking a green patio with comfortable balcony to relax. It is suitable for up to 6 persons with the following layout: Entrance, WIFI, WC, storage room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler etc., very large living/dining room with dining table for 6-8 persons, large flat screen & satellite TV, very cosy balcony newly furnished, three double bedrooms (in two of them beds can be separated) with walk-in dressing rooms, bathroom/WC, washing machine. For kids we have a high chair, books, toys and games.

Well furnished and very clean, in a premier location!
This property was as advertised, and we liked it very much. The street car #2 is right out front, and two different Underground lines are walk-able. There were at least 5 bakeries and 4 food stores within two blocks. The pizzeria across the street is very good, and we also had no trouble finding vegan options within walking distance both directions. This is a really great home base for exploring Vienna. The owner's representative is easy to contact; the only minor issue we had was the need to re-boot the wireless internet router.
Spacious and very centrally located apartment
Great location, comfortable and very spacious apartment in Vienna. Tram to major sites outside the door, several good restaurants and cafes and a supermarket within a short walk. Walking distance to Christmas markets at Rathausplatz. Overall an enjoyable stay.
We loved the location as base for our stay. Everything very clean, comfortable and roomy. Good communication and instructions from owner. Wouldn't hesitate recommending.
The price is too high for the quality of the apartment. Need. Over bedding and pillow options. The location is good but no parking diminishes the location. Definitely not as nice as the price suggests. The family was kind and helpful but some nicer amenities should be invested in.
This is a first and I will not go into detail other than that you were in WALKING distance to the Parliament and there is a garage 5 mins from the apartment. Also, leaving late, not being charged at all and then such a review... Thank you!
Large, comfortable place. Close to downtown just jump on the 2 tram right in
front. Highly recommend.
Great Apartment in a Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The large living room/dining area was great for our family to relax together after a long day of site-seeing. We also loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the courtyard. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.
The location of the apartment is great. There is a tram stop very close to the apartment. Sometimes we used the tram to get to the city center (just 2 stops away) and sometimes we walked. (If you are planning to do a lot of site-seeing, the multi-day public transportation pass is well worth it, especially for getting to places like Schonbrunn Palace and the wine gardens.) The supermarket is very close by, and there is also a good bakery and two ice cream places very near to the apartment.
We would definitely recommend this apartment!
