Welcome to the heart of the 'Cité Ardente'!

Located in the historic heart of Liège, near the Place Saint Lambert and the Palais des Princes bishops, at the foot of the slopes of the Citadel, this detached house in the early 18th century, renovated in 2012, is ideally situated for exploring the city ​​and its surroundings. Possibility of location in a private closed parking for 50 euros / week.

Our cottage is approved and classified 'City lodging 3 ears' by the General Commission for Tourism of the Walloon Region Authorization No. GCLG7686.

Price:

- Friday (18.00) to Sunday (10.00): 300 euros + 50 euros cleaning.

- Sunday (15.00) to Wednesday (10.00): 400 euros + 50 euros cleaning.

- Wednesday (15.00) to Sunday (10.00): 500 euros + 50 euros cleaning.

- Saturday (15.00) to Saturday (10:00 am): 650 euros + 50 euros cleaning.

- Linens (sheets, dishcloths, towels and bath towel): 15 euros / person / week.

Great location, great house, great hosts.

We were absolutely delighted with Le Chat Maudit de Maryse holiday house. We arrived in Liege after many hours of travelling, and our hosts were just a phone call away and were ready to meet us at the house. The owners were very friendly and really helpful. As soon as we met them, we felt at home in Liege. The owners were very accommodating and showed us through the house and explained all the appliances etc. The house is on several levels (four flights of stairs to the different levels) but we soon became accustomed to the stairs, and we really appreciated the historical nature of the building. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We were happy with the beds (comfortable), and enjoyed having the extra space to lounge in (there were more bedrooms and beds than we needed, but it gave us a few choices!). The house is located very close to many outdoor restaurants, and we soon found a grocery store nearby, along with a couple of pastry shops (the chocolate croissants were wonderful). Shopping is also nearby, if you are interested in checking out the stores. You may want to ask for a few extra towels for the bathroom, but this was not a problem and we managed very well. We soon discovered that the house is only a very short walk from the train station (very convenient). There is a lot to see in Liege, and we made day trips to surrounding towns so we appreciated the short walk to the train station. All in all – a great choice if you are visiting Liege, and good value for the rental cost. I hope that we can return one day to enjoy this lovely house again.

Unique and comfortable!

This accomodation is highly recommended. The building is old and unique, yet containing all the elements of a modern, comfortable home. The location is central with public transport (train/bus) available, even to the reasonably remote location of Circuit Spa-Francorchamps. The owner was very helpful. We would gladly visit again!

Charme de l'ancien et très bon emplacement

La réservation a été faite facilement, les propriétaires répondent très rapidement , ils sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le gîte se trouve dans un emplacement favorable à la découverte de la ville à pied.Il est en effet dans le centre ville historique. Il a le charme de l'ancien et est bien équipé.

Excellent location in a house with loads of character!

Stayed here for a long weekend with 3 others, we rode the lbl sportive and watched the race on the Sunday. The house is fantastic and the location couldn't be any better. A minutes walk to some great bakeries and bars/restaurants and the start of the pros lbl on Sunday. Hosts jean-Marc and annabele were extremely nice and their English was excellent. Would advise staying here to anyone! Thank you.

Très bonne accueil du propriétaire qui était disponible pour n'importe quelles situations

La maison était très propre ! Rien n'a me rapprocher.
