Excellent experience,

  • 5 of 5

What a nice stay !! We were in February 2016, for the whole month, in this very nice apartment. It has a large and bright living room with kitchen area, a very large bedroom with plenty of storage and an unbelievably large terrace which is half covered . We felt at home very soon, and appreciated the safe, quiet and nice neighborhood of villas.

Good stores and restaurants around, and a bus line which takes you to the core of the city. The landlady, is what anyone would wish while being away from home: A nice lady, friendly, helpful, and prompt to any questions or situation.

We felt more included in the local life, staying in this apartment, which was important for us.

We might go back to Guadalajara for a similar stay, and we have no doubts that this apartment is going to be our chosen place.

Thank you for our happy stay in Guadalajara !!!!

A lovely relaxing stay.....

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I had a great 2-week vacation in this Mexican roof top style apartment. The apartment has everything you need from cooking essentials to Internet and flat screen TV with English and Spanish channels like ESPN and CNN. Outside the apartment door is a private patio with a table and chairs for dining alfresco or just relaxing.

Being the first time in Guadalajara, I realized that this apartment’s west side location is a preferred area because it has neighborhood parks, small tiendas, clay tennis courts, a weekly open market and easy access to restaurants and larger retail stores like Wal-Mart and Super Markets. We rented a car but really didn’t need one to get around the city. Natividad, the owner, was very helpful and gave us an information sheet with a bus guide and important facts about the area. Two weeks wasn’t long enough to experience it all and we plan to return in 2015 for a longer stay at Natividad and Francisco’s guest apartment. A special note: the owners are open to an apartment exchange, which is what we did, and they stayed in my VRBO Southern California apartment for 2 weeks.

It's in Guadalajara. What more could you possibly want? It looks great! Does it have an adequate front step for the October rains? I like to stand outside and watch.

Very nice apartment and area

  • 5 of 5

My son and I stayed and found the apartment exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and a short cab ride to many others. The covered balcony/patio basically doubles the size of the apartment because of the fantastic climate. The laundry room was an unexpected bonus which saved us time and money on getting our clothes washed allowing us to pack less. The owner has a background in tourism and was very helpful with everything.

a wonderful place to stay

  • 5 of 5

I stayed for two weeks and the location was perfect. The owner was so helpful with all of our needs and was just a delightful person. For one person or a couple this apartment has all that you will need and is close to everything such as shopping, restuarants, and popular sight seeing areas. I felt very safe in this pleasent neighborhood taking walks every evening after dinner. The locals were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed to the area. I also had a chance to veiw the other two apartments in the building and they were just as wonderful as the one we stayed in. I would not hesitate staying at this property again and hope to return soon. Thank you Maria for your hospitality and kindness during our stay with you. Hope to see you again soon. sherrie
