Seven Palms Is A Five-Bedroom, Four-bath Ocean-View Beach House.
About Wayne Tragni
I have been traveling to the Carolina Coast for the last 30 years. I have opened my Home to many families that have shared great memories with me. I put a lot of care and attention into creating the best travel experience for you. My home continues to evolve as travelers continue to evolve.
Wayne Tragni purchased this House in 2005
Why Wayne Tragni chose Woodland Terrace
I have never considered my home your typical vacation rental. It was built as a Home and that is what sets it apart from all of the other rentals. My over-sized enclosed backyard and large pool make it special for large family reunions .
What makes this House unique
Many travelers like the spaciousness and the lay-out of the Home. It is always meticulous and comfortable. The custom elevator was designed for wheelchairs.

Best Family Vacation Ever!
Seven Palms was outstanding - very clean and well furnished. The pool and yard were wonderful for the whole family and we spent many hours out there. Loved the porches, and parking is plentiful.
One of the best parts was working with the owner, Wayne, who couldn't have been nicer. The whole process and planning of our stay with 3 generations was facilitated by the extra care he took in communicating so much info about the property and the area. Between that and the excellent property management in place, it left us more time to just enjoy ourselves.
The beach is less than a block away, and was never so crowded that we couldn't find a spot for our big group. Convenient showers to clean the sand off right there, as well as an outdoor shower at the house.
We will be returning to Seven Palms!!
Very nice house. Exceptional pool and yard. Very close to beach as promoted. No surprises. Lots of room in house for everyone including the kids.
Thank you Ron for the kind words.. It was a pleasure to be part of your retirement celebration. The pool and yard are a welcomed reprieve from the Sand and Ocean.
I look forward to hosting you in the future if you should be in the area.
Happy Trails to you,
This is a great property location. Our family really enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to leave this kind review. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family and am looking forward to hosting you in the future.
The doors to Seven Palms will always be open for you.
The size of the house comfortably accommodated my large family; clean, inviting and plenty of room for everyone. A short walk to the beach as advertised, but the private, cool pool was a hit with the family. We would certainly book 7 Palms for a future family vacation.
Thank you for the kind words. I was happy to be a small part of your family reunion. I look forward to hosting you all in the near future.
Happy Trails to you. Until we meet again.

Working with Wayne could have not gone any easier. Super attentive, supplied more information then anyone could ask for-i.e. where to eat, golf suggestions, things to do, etc. Super helpful since we have never been to South Carolina before.
The house couldn’t have been any better- location was great-steps from the beach, great restaurants close by and an amazing house (and pool).
We shared the house with our extended family, everyone was comfortable in their own rooms and plenty of “common” space that we all enjoyed without being crammed in.
We talked about making this trip an annual event and we would stay here again ... without a doubt!
Thank you for the very kind words. They mean a lot to me. There are many moving parts that go on behind the scenes to ensure that your stay goes well. Many guest book my home well in advance and I try to ensure that my guest get the most out of their stay. For those that have never been to Garden City Beach I try to take the guess work out of the equation.
It was a pleasure hosting you and helping you celebrate you milestone birthday.
I look forward you your gracious return.
2 families, 1 roof. Less than a block from the beach! Great pool and yard! Only down side was the work that was being done on the beach that week, it blocked the nearest access for a time.
Thank you for the Kind words. Midweek my neighbor PM'd me to tell me what Great guest where staying at my Home. I appreciate the respect you have afforded my home.
I deeply regret the towns decision to start dredging in the beginning of the season. I was not aware of this. I am happy to say that they have moved on down the beach.
I invite you to come back in the future and I will make it up to you.
All of my guest are my priority and their comfortable stay is important to me.
Happy Trails to you...
