This condo is a corner unit with a great coastline view of the Gulf. You can relax on the queen sleeper sofa and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor, this condo has the best view of the Gulf from building one. Total square footage of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony. This unit gets the morning sun and evening shade. This condo comes with free wireless internet!
This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master and guest bedrooms both have king-sized beds with a 32' wall-mounted HDTV with built-in DVD player. The bunk room is a smaller enclosed room with a window, a small dresser with their own TV. The kids will just love the bunk room!
The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and a large pantry.
The beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October.
Maravilla condos are one of the most popular pet-friendly family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.

We have come to this area for many years to vacation here. We feel our beach is the prettiest with its sugar-white sand that is not hot on your feet. We never tire of seeing dolphins in the ocean right in front of the condo. There are many restaurants to choose from, plenty of shopping and activities. The warmth of the sun and the gentle breeze is soothing and relaxing. The sound of the waves calls our names to come back year after year.
We had a wonderful stay in Maravilla. It is close to the Bayville Wharf and The Harbor along with a couple outdoor shopping areas and an outlet mall. It was very easy to navigate around the area. The private beach was amazing, clean and a wonderful place to spend time with family over the holidays. Both pools were always clean and the heated pool was like getting into a nice warm bathtub so really you can swim any time of year. There are tennis courts and a basketball court so there is plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. Our Condo provided by Karen Pittman was as expected by the pictures posted on line and she is quick to respond to any needs or concerns you may have. The condo was easy to keep clean due to the rinse off showers by the front pool and all the floors in the condo are tile. We travel with a stick vacuum because our dog sheds terribly and I'm allergic to him however, the condo has a vacuum, dry dust mop and dust pads along with a mop and bucket in it. There were cleaning supplies and dish soap under the kitchen sink if needed and everything is well maintained. We took along our English Springer Spaniel who was bigger than they usually accept, however he is very well behaved and listens to commands well. He had a wonderful stay as well and loved the outdoor walking trails and sitting on the patio with us when we would eat. I am a very OCD germaphobe and after a few routine tasks on my part, I felt very comfortable in the condo. I look forward to going back next year and hope we can stay in the same condo again. Thank you Karen for making this a great comfortable vacation for us!
The overall property was well maintained and nighttime lighting was good when you have to take a dog out in the evening. We enjoyed being able to walk to many places.
The condo was very clean and roomy. The description and pictures were accurate and it was a comfortable stay for us. The condo building was nondescript, a large parking lot in front of the buildings with minimal landscaping...so do not expect a resort type setting. However, if you want a clean spacious condo which offered a nice patio with a partial ocean view, and access to a very nice beach and don't expect a fancy resort then you will be happy.
A highlight was the area of Miramar Beach, a great sidewalk along the Gulf, perfect for morning strolls to get a cup of coffee at Bad Ass Coffee Company!
This is our second straight year in this great condo, and plan to book again for next year. Owner is so easy to work with, and the view is great and having 2 umbrellas and 4 chains is wonderful. Fast internet, and the beds are comfortable. Maravilla is so close to both eating and shopping, and being on Miramar Beach makes for less traffic.
This room is clean. It's is well equipped. It is a close walk to the pool, beach, and elevator. We would definitely stay here again.
