Rent a large apartment of 120m² in a new residence very high standard, situated in Asilah Tangier region (Morocco) and a few kilometers from the Strait of Gibraltar.

It enjoys a beautiful sea view and pool on another campaign.

Tastefully furnished, air-conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building of 3 levels with elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.

It consists :

- A large entrance hall,

- A dining room,

- A spacious living room, comfortable (TV sofa library etc.)

- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, grill microwave, coffee maker and convection oven, dishes, towels etc ..)

- 2 bedrooms (one suite with bathroom) and 1 bedroom with office,

- 1 shower room,

- 1 large terrace with table and umbrella (sea)

- 2 balconies (one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the countryside).

- Access to the solarium on the 4th level

The residence has large green areas, swimming pools, tennis courts, a bowling green and a coffee bar. Underground parking under surveillance is available.

Spacious appartment with fantastic view

The appartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with bath tub, and the other with two twin beds and a second bathroom with shower. The mattresses and bedding are good quality and comfortable. Kitchen is small but well-equipped, we had everything we needed to make our own meals. There are large windows with beautiful views of the green countryside and the beach. You can tell that Saliha, the owner, has put a lot of care into furnishing and equipping the place. She was also very communicative and responsive, we had no problems booking the place, despite the fact that we weren't sure until the last minute that we'd actually be going. She was very patient and courteous with all our changes of plan.

The appartment sleeps 4 comfortably, we were 6 people so our two youngest children slept on some thin mattresses in the living room, which was ok for the short time we were there. We had our car with us so we were able to drive into town and to the beach, 5 minute drive, probably a 15 minute walk. I preferred to the open feeling on this appartment to staying in the old city, but obviously that a personal preference. There is a large swimming pool just outside the entrance, it was a bit too cold in April but I imagine it would be perfect in the summertime. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, and look forward to staying there again.

Super agréable

Nous avons passé ma famille et moi une semaine super agréable à Assilah.

La résidence est très calme et sécurisée , qu'en à l'appartement, il y a rien à redire, très propre , super bien aménagé , on se sent vraiment chez soi.

Un grand merci à Saliha et Sanae, on sera surement de retour l'année prochaine ;)

super vacance

appartement très sympathique avec une hôte très accueillante. Saliha nous a mis à l'aise et nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter le secteur. Son attention et son écoute ont été un plus non négligeable. Le logement était conforme au descriptif. Bien équipé, très confortable et très propre rien a dire, la literie très confortable ce n'est pas souvent le cas dans certaine location Gros avantage également : le silence.....très appréciable! .nous avons aussi bien mangé pour pas bien cher le poisson est leur spécialité

excellente expérience pour ces quelques jours Merci encore.

Une thérapie pour les nerfs

Appartement très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans un endroit paisible et reposant.

Une vue sur la campagne, la ville et la mer en même temps, où on ne peut entendre que la nature chanter.

Option qui peut intéresser les petits enfants : le train passe juste à côté et en gros plan. Un spectacle amusant vu du 2ième étage.

Location Résidence à Assilah

Excellent choix pour les personnes qui aiment la sérénité, la propreté et le cadre naturel proche de toute commodité.

Nous y retournerons avec joie surtout avec un peu plus de soleil pour apprécier la piscine et la marche aux alentours.

Seul bémol, le store du voisin peut-être, bouge la nuit au gré du vent , mais facilement bien intégré ..

Merci à Mme Saliha pour sa sollicitude et ses conseils pour le séjour.

Take the motorway towards Tangier flap and exit at Asilah (40km) take the direction of the station and you will see a sign displaying 'gardens Asilah' 5 minutes from the station by car.

FYI: very attractive ticket with Ryanair if you take it in advance eg 70 euros round trip (I went for 35 euros round trip)

The vehicle is advised to move.

- 10 mins walk from the station and 15 minutes walk from the old Medina and the old fishing port.

- Near Tangier (20 min)

- 30 minutes from Spain by boat

- The old port

- Sandy beaches stretching for miles,

- Course of hiking,
